THE SPACE
From the moment you enter Boho on the Canal, the home feels bright, open and inviting.
The renovation transformed the main living area into a spacious open-concept gathering space connecting the kitchen, dining room and living room. Light wood-look floors, white cabinetry, warm natural wood, woven textures and relaxed boho farmhouse styling give the house a fresh boutique feel while keeping it comfortable enough for a family vacation.
Natural light pours through the large windows and sliding doors throughout the day.
Open the doors and the interior flows directly onto the screened lanai, where the private pool and peaceful canal create a true Florida indoor-outdoor living experience.
Whether you're spending the day at the beach, exploring Naples or staying home by the pool, Boho on the Canal gives everyone plenty of room to relax together.
★ NEWLY RENOVATED OPEN KITCHEN
The kitchen is now one of the standout features of the home.
A large quartz island sits at the center of the open floor plan and creates a natural gathering place for morning coffee, family breakfasts, cocktails or dinner preparation.
The kitchen opens directly into the dining and living spaces, so nobody gets stuck away from the rest of the group while cooking.
You'll find everything needed for anything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner, including a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and a full selection of cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils.
Coffee lovers are covered too, with Keurig, drip coffee, Nespresso and French press options.
★ OPEN-CONCEPT LIVING ROOM
The renovated living room is comfortable, bright and connected to the rest of the house.
Relax on the oversized sectional after a day at the beach, stream your favorite movie on the 70" Smart TV, or open the sliding doors and enjoy the view toward the pool and canal.
The open layout keeps the kitchen, dining and living areas together, making the space particularly well suited to families and groups who want to actually spend their vacation together.
★ 4 BEDROOMS — INCLUDING 3 KING BEDS

The primary bathroom includes a soaking tub, while the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your stay.
★ PRIVATE SCREENED POOL + CANAL VIEWS
The outdoor space is one of the best parts of Boho on the Canal.
Step through the sliding doors onto the spacious screened lanai and enjoy your own private Florida retreat overlooking the canal.
Start the morning with coffee outside, spend the afternoon cooling off in the pool, or relax under the covered lanai as the sun goes down.
The pool area includes a private saltwater pool, screened enclosure, covered outdoor living space, outdoor dining, lounge seating and patio lighting.
The screened enclosure lets you enjoy Florida outdoor living with far fewer insects, while the covered portion of the lanai provides shade and shelter throughout the day.
★ BEACH DAYS MADE EASY
Some of Naples' biggest attractions are its beautiful Gulf beaches, so we've made beach days easier by providing beach accessories for guests.
The home also includes bicycles, giving you another way to enjoy the Florida weather and explore the area.
★ MINI GYM
Don't want to give up your workout routine while you're away?
The garage includes a small fitness area so you can get in a workout without needing to find a local gym.
★ LEVEL 2 EV CHARGING
Traveling with an electric vehicle is easy at Boho on the Canal.
A Level 2 EV charger compatible with electric vehicles is available at the property.
★ BRIARWOOD, NAPLES
Boho on the Canal is located in Briarwood, a peaceful, family-friendly Naples community that gives you a quiet residential setting while keeping you convenient to the beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf and attractions that make Naples such a popular destination.
