Our hosts were very helpful and quick to respond… beautiful sunrises off the dock and even saw dolphins… everything needed for the beach including kayak is and bikes…..beautiful outdoor area with screened pool and new dock. Highly recommend!

Great House

Stayed here for two weeks late Feb/early March, what a great place. Perfect location for all that Marco has to offer and what a view out the back.........it is on the "intercoastal" waterway but not the typical intercoastal view that has you staring at a big boat and dock out your backyard.........this is on a big bay of the intercoastal waters. House is really big, plenty of room for all. Very nice pool and hot tub, very nice patio furniture. Access to all the beach goodies in the garage. Could use some minor touch up (front door hardware, paint in various places) but it is a gem, would stay here again for sure. 5 stars

Amazing Vacation Home

The home was even better than described. So spacious and very clean. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Fishing from the deck area was very nice with the large area. Plenty of outdoor seating and extras in the garage made it easy for a quick trip to the beach. I definitely recommend this home and the Marco Island Vacation Rentals was very easy to deal with. Super pleased with our selection of this home.

Fantastic stay at 123 Landmark

Our family spent 7 nights at this house in mid August 2024, and we had a great time. The house was very clean, well stocked, and in a perfect location. We especially loved the pool, and the lower deck by the water/canal behind the house. The owner and property managers were very quick to respond with any questions we had. The only small negative would be to have the AC go lower than 72 degrees to perhaps 70 (especially in the very hot summer months). Other than that, we would 100% stay here again next time we visit Marco.

Beautiful Property

We just returned from another fantastic week at Marco Island and this property has been my favorite by far. As soon as you walk in the front door you have a beautiful view of the bay. Communication was excellent from both the owners and the property management company. In fact, this is the best company we have worked with in terms of responsiveness, friendliness and overall care in regard to our stay. The size of the property was perfect for our group of 7 and we loved the pool and outdoor areas. I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely Wonderful Vacation Home !!!

This property is absolutely wonderful ! The property location is extremely close to many fine restaurants, and a short walk to a beautiful beach! The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable . It is located on an open waterway where dolphins, stingrays, and other fish visit close to the outdoor dock area. The pool and jacuzzi are inviting and relaxing. The owner and the management company are the best we have worked with ….. accommodating , informative, and available if needed !!! Cannot say enough superlatives about this experience !!!

Best 5 weeks ever! House and views are spectacular. The beach was a 6 minute walk with gorgeous shells. Excellent restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We have never enjoyed a rental as nice as this! Owner and realty company were delightful and super responsive. Certainly helped to have warm sunshine everyday with only one exception!!!

Hot tub never got hot therefore the pool was cold Garage door opener didn’t work so that made coming and going a little difficult with 5 young children I paid $180 for rental for a high chair and baby bed / pack & play that already came with the house so it would have been nice if I was told that when I called The outside pool area was very nice With young children the pool slider door lock should be installed higher like the others

From the minute we arrived we were relieved to see that everything was just as described, we have been disappointed in the past with other homes. (No buyers Remorse) The home is perfectly furnished with an over abundance of towels and linens as well as everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. This property was exactly as pictured and described. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, pool area was so relaxing with plenty of seating for our group of 9. Amazing week at this spectacular property

We enjoyed a perfect week on Marco Island! While the pictures shown are beautiful, in person it is even better! The views are incredible! The outdoor area is so peaceful and private! We found the home to be extremely spacious, and the beds were VERY comfortable. The owners have it very well equipped for trips to the beach as well as anything you need for dining in! Can't say enough about this beautiful property!
