Great apartment and location

Great place and perfect location. Kelly from The Holiday Life was very helpful with everything and I would highly recommend this place. Hopefully we’ll be back in future.

Great condo. Had everything we needed.

Great location just a 5 min walk to 5th Ave and a 15 min walk to the beach through beautiful neighbourhoods. Husband and I came on business but enjoyed the surroundings like we were on vacation.

Naples visit

Our only regret about this visit to Naples is that it rained most of the days and it was cold. We had one sunny day in two weeks.

Great Stay in Naples

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit location was great. Two blocks from downtown and 8 minute walk to the beach. The unit was brand new in a new development. We had my family of f which is 4 females in one bathroom which is not ideal but worked out fine. The building has no amenities but has a partnership with a resort that does.

No blanket for pull out bed

Our son had to sleep without a blanket for two nights until management arranged for a blanket. We were not happy about that. Also, the hot tub was filled with algae. Also, the dog fee for two dogs was exorbitant, in our opinion, being $550 for two small well behaved dogs for one week. Aside from that, the unit was clean and new, and the location was central to things.

Reviewer Comments: Holiday Life has the very best properties available for short term rental at SoCe Flats in Naples Florida, I have rented 3 different units in this building from Holiday Life and they have all been perfect. High emd furniture, bedding, bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets and appliances, everythinf is just beautiful and well maintained. After having my home destroyed in Hurricane Ian and moved straight into SoCe Flats and its feels like my own home and I am so grateful, thank you Holiday Life xoxo!

Close to 5th Ave, tennis and less than 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Would be nice if you could install some bike racks rather than locking to railings.

A Positive Experience

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very enjoyable time staying in SOCE unit 202. There were many more pluses than minuses. I believe there's a problem with some of the electrical receptacles. Many of them would charge our devices at one time, and then on another, would charge at all. We would wake up in the morning and find they had -0- charge. Then, they could charge again. We had to test each outlet carefully to see if they were charging. This was a minor issue as the condo was very well designed (except for having only one sink for 2 bedrooms) and furnished. Overall, a very pleasant experince.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 3 nights at SoCe Flats in a beautiful condo unit in December. The unit was immaculately clean, and provided everything we could have imagined needing for a longer stay. It is 3 short blocks to 5th Avenue and shopping, restaurants and more. Great location. The building still has some construction going on, but was quiet inside and the rental company was great and super responsive.
