This property deserves 5 stars. The house is very well maintained and very well equipped, especially if you travel with small children. Ed, host and owner is always available to answer your questions or any issue that may come up. Pool is pristine and shooing, restaurants , beaches are very close by. Enough towels and linens, comfortable beds and excellent wifi and TV We had two full days of rain so we would suggest to add some board games to the already excellent supplies of bicycles, beach equipment etc.

Ed and Anna are wonderful hosts. The house was so comfortable and well appointed. It was spotless. The pool was great and we so enjoyed the view across the canal. We watched osprey flying to and from their nests. The sunsets were beautiful. They have thought of everything that you might need on a vacation. There were pool toys for kiddos. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart. We enjoyed it so much, we have booked it already for next year. It was so nice to have a garage to use.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed including all of the items you would need for a relaxing day at the beach. The pool was well maintained, and we made great use of the pool and spent a lot of time swimming. The host was very responsive and had information and flyers on things to do on Marco Island. It was a wonderful vacation.

Ed had the house set up nicely. He had plenty of towels, beach towels, kitchen, utensils, toilet paper, even extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, make up remover, mouthwash, etc. the owner really is extremely helpful and prompt getting back to you. The pool was nice and warm and clean the couches in the living room are comfortable. We definitely will choose to go back to this house having it right on the water and so close to the beach grocery stores restaurants is just amazing. It’s also really nice to have bikes to be able to jump onto and go to the different park or the beach or just for a nice bike ride you definitely had toys for kids in the pool having the wings for a child is nice too. I wish the shower in the master bathroom was larger but two sinks that makes it nice. He is an order definitely goes above and beyond and making sure the house is well stocked. Thanks again for a great week in Marco Island.

Quick trip to Marco Island

We made a quick trip to Marco Island for the first time and had a wonderful stay at Ed’s house. He was so responsive to any message and helpful with all questions. The house is stocked with everything you will need and is very clean. The pool is perfect to relax. We will be back again.

Wonderful house!

All the other reviews are correct, this place is great. Family of 5 plus grandma. The pool was used the most, then the bikes. We didn’t use the fishing gear much as they just weren’t biting. Burrowing owls right down the street. Easy access down Winterberry for the beach. We preferred to drive down to the lot near Cape Marco and go to the beach there. Much quieter. Beds were comfortable, Kitchen was well equipped! So nice having a great washer and dryer too. If we come back to Marco Island, we would definitely rent this place again!

This is a great property on all accounts. Drive/bike to beach, peaceful on the water, clean, with an easy-to-reach and quick-to-respond owner. Ed could quite literally write the book on how to prepare a rental home. We had everything we needed.

Great 2 week stay

We were able to enjoy this beautiful home for a 2 week stay. The first week we had 2 small children in our group. The pool was a wonderful warm temperature and there were life jackets and floaties in the garage for the littles to use. The second week we had my 90 year old mother and it worked out well for our all adult group as well.The house was well kept and the gracious hosts gave us good information about how to get around and places to go. There is a grocery store nearby and we were able to make several meals in the equipped kitchen. We did have a car that was needed due to the age of our group. It is a very easy island to get around. The house came well equipped with everything we needed.We had an amazing two week stay.Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.
