Beautiful house, great space, great communication, the binder at the house was great. Everything worked like a charm. I would totally recommend it. The only thing is, I was a little taken aback that it sleeps 8, but you had to pay more for more than 4 people. Given the price already being paid, I would think that anything over 8 people would then be charged.

The house was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We loved the pool, hot tub, and dock area with multiple spaces to hang out, as well as the many bikes available for exploring the island. The owners communicated well and you can tell that the property is well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Third year renting this property.

We really enjoy the location of the house relative to the beaches, Esplanade and other attractions. The house is well maintained, well equipped and has all the amenities (pool, whirlpool, kayaks, bikes) you could want. We are already talking about returning next year!

Family spring break

wonderful outdoor area by pool and deck with kayaks! Was impressed with all the bikes, and beach necessities! Property was very clean, plenty of kitchen utensils and cooking/baking. Bedrooms had plenty of pillows, etc. Owners were wonderful on answering all questions quickly and easy to work with. Only downfall was a little far to walk with beach equipment to carry, but wonderful neighborhood/ area!

Perfect Location For Our Family of Four

This was our fifth time staying on Marco Is., and our second renting a house. As our kids have aged into middle and high school, a vacation rental just make more sense than one of the expensive hotels or even condos right on the beach that can be double the price, and for a lot less space. This house was clean and comfortable, with plenty of amenities. The bikes and kayaks were an excellent option for us each day, and Tigertail and South Beaches are just a short 5 min. drive away (beach chairs included!) The outdoor patio/pool/deck area was outstanding and a big reason why we choose the house. Eric and Jean were great hosts - easy to communicate with every step of the way.

60th Birthday Girls Trip

Friends and I came to celebrate our 60th birthdays and had a great time chilling at the pool and hot tub, kayaking and hitting all the fun spots in Marco. The house was clean, well stocked and in a great location. Would highly recommend! Hope to come back again!

Wonderful Home

The house is beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, kayaks, and bikes. Everything was in wonderful condition. We thought we would spend more time at the beach but the house and pool were so comfortable we spent a couple days at the pool and skipped the beach. Marco Island Paradise

Our stay at this beautiful house was fantastic. The house had all the comforts of home and then some. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, spa and lanai everyday. The dock with the automated lift for the kayaks made kayaking easy. We had so much fun kayaking through the miles of canals and enjoying the views from the water. In the house, everything we could ever need was there. The beds were very comfortable and having large, luxurious en-suites with each bedroom was very nice. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the house is located in a very convenient location, within minutes to all of Marco Islands best restaurants and beaches. Eric and Jean were very good hosts and were prompt in answering any questions we had during our stay… Thanks Eric and Jean!

Amazing Home and Location!!

My wife and I stayed for a getaway week in April and the home is fabulous!! The location is perfect, the home is very well equipped and exactly as described, and the view from the lanai is amazing!! The garage contains everything you need for the beach and the bikes are quality units that we used each morning. The owners were very accommodating and fast with communication. We highly recommend this home and will definitely be planning another visit!!

Loved Marco!

This property was exactly as advertised. There are several expectations for your stay here, but they were very clear and easy to follow. We loved the kayaks (the lowering dock) and the bikes. It was so nice to have those to use whenever we wanted instead of having to rent them. Marco Island is a beautiful place!
