Relaxing water view

This property is located on a wide canal and it gives you an amazing view from the pool and the whole house, loved the floor to ceiling glass doors. Beautiful, comfortable house in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Paddle boards and bikes available. Really enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful house

The place was very clean, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful house.

Great Location and Amazing Views

This was the perfect getaway. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai every morning while looking over the canal; rode bikes to the local dollar store, and even walked a short distance for lunch (about 1 mile). Fantastic location, clean, and communication was great!

Serenity Unfolds at this location

The owner, James, and the account manager, Becky, were wonderful. They were attentive and responsive when we reached out to them. This place is a home away from home. It is beautiful but so livable and cozy. It was so clean. I am a stickler on that issue. It is so peaceful and quiet and yet so close to everything. This place had a TV on the lanai. We only found one other place that had this option. This was one of the reasons I picked this place. They have beautiful lighting inside and out. We lived on the lanai day and night. He has good lighting on the lanai and a nice ceiling fan. He has updated appliances, plenty of ceiling fans and a super well stocked kitchen. The place is absolutely lovely. I would book again without question. I was so hesitant because it was nonefundable but my worries were put to rest right away. I hope my husband and I can come back for years to come. I would not even look elsewhere. If I had to say anything negative is that he needs to replace the cushions on the lanai but other than that this is an awesome vacation spot. You will not regret staying here. This place has everything that you will need or want. Five star rating for sure.

Marco Island July 4th wife and I......

The house is great, pretty much looks exactly like the photos on line. It is on a nice quiet street that is far enough away from any crowds and close enough to bike or 2 minute car ride anywhere. Bedrooms are nice size, AC cranks (very important) and you can hang and fish off back dock. the pool and lanai were comfortable and a great place to hang out. Lastly, the grill is nice, clean and works great, which can be an issue in rentals.....and while we had 2-3 small issues, becky -owners assistant got back to us super fast and took care of everything! i would rent here again without thinking about it!

Family get-away

Beautiful Home

The house and neighborhood was beautiful, and accommodated the 6 of us quite well. We used their 2 bikes almost every day, and they had a few beach chairs and a cooler that came in quite handy. We went during spring break and during Covid, so the Island was extremely busy and finding parking to go to the beach was a bit of a problem, but we adjusted our days to go earlier. Overall, we really enjoyed our time!

Beautiful house located centrally on island.

Loved this house, very clean and updated. The patio/pool area is lovely, well accommodated with plenty of sun or shade. There is a large doc with lounge chairs. Much better than most Marco rentals. They also offered two stand up paddle boards and 2 bikes. We made use of all. Took the paddle boards around the waterways The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, electric griddle, blender, coffee maker, etc. we found everything we needed. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. The house is central on the island so close to everything. It is walking distance to the farmers market.

Relaxation Station

Honestly, we had trouble enjoying Marco Island as a whole. This place was so relaxing we only left a couple times, and one was for groceries. The deck by the water was amazing. The pool clean and very large. It was hard to decide which seating area to enjoy next..humm, by the pool, large couches on the porch, lawn chairs by the pool, or the comfy oversized chairs on the waterside deck while we pretended to fish. Beautiful place to stay. Thank you James for sharing it with us.

Perfect Getaway with Awesome Views

Loved the house. Great layout with fantastic outdoor space. The large sliding doors to the screened in patio and pool really opened up the house and let the cool breezes in. Made good use of the paddle boards and bikes to ride to the beach and fish the local waters. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful mini vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house It’s very comfortable for our family of 6. Located minutes to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed to make gourmet dinners and BBQ’s. The view to the wide canal from the large dock is perfect, we enjoyed many afternoons and evenings there with a nice glass of wine! Will definitely consider this home when we return to beautiful and peaceful Marco Island!

The pool and view of the canal were amazing. Very quiet. The outside area was perfect for relaxing. The house came well stocked. We did have one issue with the refrigerator but the owner took care of it right away...these things do happen! Would stay there again and would highly recommend to anyone heading to MI.
