The condo had a very comfortable king size bed and a clean fresh look. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including a blender, toaster and coffee maker. We watched several movies at night with the many options available to us. The complex is beautiful and the heated pool was the cherry on top. The condo is in an excellent location to Clam Pass Beach, downtown Naples and plenty of restaurants and Publix grocery stores near by. Communication with Josh and his team was excellent. This was my 3rd year at Park Shore and I will be back for sure!

Accommodations were exactly as described in listing. This was a great place to stay while visiting Naples. The place was extremely clean and the facilities were nice. The onsite restaurant was a surprising find. Very good food and excellent bartenders. It was great to lounge by the pool and enjoy a cocktail.

Perfect Spot!

We loved our stay here when we were in Naples! The place was perfectly clean and incredibly comfortable! We would absolutely stay again! Josh was a great and responsive host! We would love to stay here again when the lanai is finished with its renovations! The pool was a great way to relax!

Research location prior to booking

Stay would have been great except for construction. To be fair the listing said that there would be construction repairing the lanai, but did not realize that meant jackhammers and roving concrete. Construction continued even on saturdays. Was so loud couldnt even hear the tv when turned alll the way up. On the bright side hogfish hareys restaurant on site was phenomenal.

Great time

We had a perfect time in naples. The condo was clean and comfortable. Its located near the stores and about 3 minutes from the beach. The hole resort was very nice and the pool too. We shure be back again in the futur....thanks.

Nice condo in a wonderful resort area

This condo was fine, but we did find a few minor issues: the outlets in both bathrooms did not work, wifi had issues (resort issue, not condo), living room furniture a bit uncomfortable .

Property was nice and clean as with the resort itself. Only con I had was the airline canceled our flight to get in for the first night and rerouted us to Orlando to take off the next morning. Being completely out of my control, I asked for some leniency refund or credit just for the first night. Was told I would get back to and never heard a word back. Would've gave it excellent across the board expect for that fact.

Left Early and Stayed with Friends

When booking the property, the description was three bedroom, sleeps six. Then it changed to two bedroom, with a pull out couch, sleeps six. Upon arrival we found no pull out couch only a small leather sofa that reclined all the way and was not even big enough for my 10 year old to sleep on. There were towels left in the dryer, approximately an inch of water standing in the bathtub, and pubic hairs in the seam of the white leather couch. I let the property manager know and he said it couldn't be pubic hair because no one had been on the couch and it must be a beard hair or something. The refrigerator is rusted and falling apart and should be replaced. The master bed had a lump in the middle and the other two beds were so uncomfortable we ended up leaving early and stayed with friends. This unit does not sleep six unless you count a King bed and put three people in it. I rent from ***** six times a year and this is the worst place I have experienced. Very disappointed and would not rent at this location again.

Girls weekend in Naples

We enjoyed the property. The only thing that is in desperate need of replacement is the refrigerator. Some new towels for the bathrooms would be a bonus. The restaurant was great, and we enjoyed the pool. The location is a little funky, but we made that work. Close enough to downtown Naples and Mercato. Josh was very responsive once we reached out to him.

We were attending a graduation ceremony for our granddaughter in Naples. This condo was a perfect place for us to stay. Plenty of activities. Comfortable beds comfortable living space. And the refrigerator was stocked with some lovely treats for us. Highly recommend

Loved it!

The condo was perfect for a relaxing trip to Naples. Check in was easy. The unit was spacious and neat with all the amenities you could need. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The pool area was great with an outstanding seafood restaurant onsite. The location was close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. We would stay again and definitely recommend.

Girlfriends getaway

Great experience! Wonderful location. Biked daily to the beach. Walking distance to Publix and many restaurants. Beautiful pool and grounds. Josh was very responsive and ensured that we had everything needed for the fully stocked condo, including welcome beverages. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo at Park Shore

Unit was clean and updated , balcony is great and very private. Josh was so nice to work with- very easy to communicate with and very quick to get back to us. Really a wonderful property manager! Even had some cold drinks in the fridge when we arrived. Thank you Josh! Would definitely stay here again.

The property overall was very nice very clean. Location is a good location lots of shops restaurants within walking distance. My only issue was the fact that it’s listed as a three bedroom and it is actually a two bedroom with a sleep sofa. When We arrived we were expecting a three bedroom condo and it was only a two bedroom. I don’t count a sleep sofa out in the middle of the dining room kitchen area as a bedroom. But if you’re looking for a nice clean two bedroom condo and a good location I would definitely recommend this condo
