The property was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the owner was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Everything was exactly as described. The only small suggestion would be having a few extra beach chairs available. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Value for Spring Break

We made a late decision to get away for spring break and this was a great option. Relatively affordable, updated, clean, and super easy process. Location was good - easy access to grocery stores and shopping and easy access to Olde Naples and all it has to offer. I appreciated the beach gear as well.

Would recommend!

Overall, we had a great experience at this condo! The balcony was my favorite part! It was so enjoyable to be out there when we were at the condo. The space was great for our family of 4. They had beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler, etc to enjoy during our stay. The pool got pretty crowded but overall it was fine for us, and having the restaurant right there next to the pool is a great perk for lunch, dinner, or drinks. The only negative comment I have is about the check in process. I tried to check in when I arrived at 6pm. There was a be right back sign, but after 45 mins there was still no one to at the desk or anyway to reach out. The condo owner/company called be back after 10mins and gave me the condo number to go straight there instead of checking. The next morning I still had to go check in to get the wristbands and the staff was not apologetic at all about not having someone staffed at the desk. This is no fault of the condo owner, but more of an annoyance to have to check in/out at the lobby as well.

Naples Stay

The condo was convenient to the places we wanted to visit while visiting Naples but could use some updating. We had a few issues upon arrival and our contact, Josh, responded quickly in a positive way. We love the beach and were happy to find comfortable beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for our trips to Clam Pass. Park Shore is a delightful place for a short or long stay.

Thanksgiving week visit

The property location was convenient; nice pool area. The unit was stocked with what we needed, including beach supplies, which was nice. Unfortunately the unit below us was occupied by smokers so a lot of of our time on the balcony was disrupted by their smoke rising into the balcony which was obviously an unpleasant experience. This is the primary reason for the overall rating being 3 starts vs. 4. While the unit is a bit aged, they've done a decent job of keeping it updated and fresh and it was clean. For the price I felt it was good deal. The toilet in the extra bathroom was having problems during our stay, but that is probably an easy fix. Overall the unit provided the space and comforts that we needed for the Holiday week and convenient location to beach, downtown, shopping, restaurants.

Tolles Appartement in super Resort

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment, schöne Anlage (Pool, Fitness, Tennis, Restaurant), super freundlicher Empfang am Check-in, Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt um die Ecke. Zum Strand ca. 30 min zu Fuß. Ärgerlich: die zusätzliche Gebühr von 116 $ für das Resort wurde erst nach der Buchung mitgeteilt. Das war im Buchungsportal nicht angezeigt und war eigentlich im Budget nicht eingeplant.

Make Sure Construction is done!!

My only complaint would be that there was construction on the balconies of the entire building. For three days straight we heard jack-hammering from 8am-4pm. The owner did inform me the lanai would be “out of commission” but this was ridiculous. Those poor residents. Location was perfect for me, Hog Fish Harry’s was a huge plus!

Nice condo, central location

Our family of four adults stayed here for a week in March 2023. Nice unit with comfortable furnishings. Good location, can walk to grocery store, pharmacy, many restaurants. A short drive to beach and only 10-15 to downtown Naples depending on traffic.

Great Winter Getaway!

Park Shore Resort is a great location - we rented for 6 weeks and it was perfect. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, grocery and shops. The condo was clean and fully functional for meals - loved the back screened in deck which was great for coffee in the mornings and a nightcap at the end of the day. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. The property was very nice as well with pool, pickle ball, etc. Josh did a great job keeping us informed before and during the stay. We rebooked for next year and look forward to getting back!

Clean, basic condo

Our experience renting the condo was easy. While the property looks like the pictures I would say the pictures don’t show the tiredness of the building. The building could use a glow up and the interior of the condo could also use a refresh. But the footprint of the property has potential. The restaurant on premise is very good and was busy lunch and dinner all weekend. Taking closeness to beach, shopping and restaurant in consideration makes the rating a 4 instead of a 3.

Great place in Naples

Great property location with neat pond in middle of resort with an on-site restaurant. Close to Clam Pass beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park Beach (both gorgeous). Close to great shopping and food! Really enjoyed the stay. It was very nice!

A marvelous condo for family with allergies

So many condos use such a strong air freshener and/or laundry soap, that the smell permeates the entire condo, causing problems for those such as myself that suffer from allergies. But Josh’s unit was a delight - the smell was very pleasant, but not overwhelming! From start to finish, our experience renting this condo was positive. Check in/out is a very quick process, with carts to help move the luggage. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, and we slept well. The large screened condo was great for relaxing and enjoying our morning coffee or sipping a glass of wine. We enjoyed the resort amenities as well; the pool was lovely, and it was nice to have an on-site restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience

Stayed for 5 days with my husband and my 13 and 10 year olds. Location is fantastic. 5-minute bike ride to Clam Pass Beach. Condo was very clean, roomy, and had every single thing we could have possibly needed, including Washer/dryer, toiletries and even beach/pool toys! There's an amazing restaurant on the premises, Hogfish Harry's. We celebrated my husband's bday at Hogfish Harry's and the Hogfish entré was to die for. Would definitely come back to this place.

Unit needs updating! Refrigerator door handle was missing and shower dripped continuously.

Property manager was very available and came to fix the kitchen garage disposal and then again for a leak in the same sink.
