On the good side:- Pool was as advertised, worked well, was clean and the kids enjoyed very much- check-in/entry instructions were clear and helpful, no issues- kitchen appliances/TVs all in good working order for us (one exception is the toaster - all the upper coils are burned out, so bottom of bread burns while top doesn't toast at all)On the not so good side:- closet door in one of the single bed bedrooms was off the track and appeared to be quite damaged on the lower panel (coming apart), in general for the pricepoint, the closet doors throughout the house are cheap and in need of replacement or maintenance- the other single bed bedroom was VERY musty smelling and had significant dirt/mildew build-up on the window sill and bottom of the window frame itself, for the pricepoint, the lack of cleanliness was very disappointing- the handle of the sliding glass door from the entry living area to the pool area was completely broken off and sitting on the glass table to the right of the door- there were literally ZERO drinking glasses in the kitchen- the faucet in the kitchen sink is not adequately anchored to the sink itself, just turning the water on or off causes the faucet to lean over roughly 30 degrees- air vents were dirty- when we arrived, there were at least 3 or 4 lightbulbs that were burned out- the clothes dryer stops during any cycle we tried having overheated, left many clothes quite wrinkled
