Wonderful property - location is amazing! Space and amenities were as described. Quick bike ride to beach and great dining on Vanderbilt Beach. We loved having a great space that is Ritz adjacent- beautiful sunsets every night at Gumbo Limbo. Host was very accessible and accommodating. Great stay in Naples

We loved staying in this house. Very clean and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. If we had any questions, the owner was very responsive and helpful. Location was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay in North Naples

A lovely, well-kept property in North Naples. The house featured many extras, such as a full-stocked spice cabinet, sharp knives, beach toys, and a porta-crib. Jim generously offered us the use of bicycles and golf clubs. The location is excellent - close to beaches and North Naples Park neighborhood itself is safe for biking around for exercise. The hot tub was used nearly every night. This home had everything our family group needed to enjoy ourselves.

Touch of Paradise

This was a beautiful home. You can tell that the owner takes great pride in his property. The home is well maintained and everything is top of the line. It is located near some multi million dollar homes which are fun to just walk by.. Friendly neighbors really made us feel at home.

Wonderful Vacation

This is a beautiful home that is well maintained and comes with all of the necessities (and then some). You’ll spend more time vacationing and less time shopping! Beach was close and bikes are provided for your use. Quiet neighborhood, with shopping and restaurants nearby. Owner was very informative and accommodating! We will definitely make a return visit and stay at this same location!

Our family vacations every summer on the Gulf, and this was the best property by far. The house was very clean, the pool was great, and the kitchen well stocked for any possible need. The owner was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

April in Naples

We had a fabulous time staying at this lovely property in Naples Park for 2 full weeks in April. Jim's property has all that you need to enjoy your stay. It was very clean upon arrival and the home is even nicer than it appears in the pictures. We use the beautiful pool and outdoor area every day. All of the amenities enhanced our stay. We loved the bikes - including the electric ones though you can surely walk to the beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park. We had people in our party that were also "working from home" some of the days and the WiFi was excellent. We look forward to returning soon.

Month visit to Vanderbilt Beach

This property was lovely. It has everything a family could need for a prolonged stay as our stay was (4 weeks) in all kinds of weather. As our weather was wonderful we really lived outside the whole time. Beautiful pool; spa which was very appreciated after strenuous golf games; and lovely landscaping which provides a wonderful view as well as privacy. Many other amenities too numerous to list. Can heartily recommend the property. Thank you James. Very well done.

Great House

We had a great stay with our two small children. We were in Naples with two other families, who each rented similar properties in the same neighborhood. Jim's house is very well equipped and immaculately maintained - much more so than the two properties our friends rented. The pool / backyard setup is perfect. All in all, we were very happy and would book again without hesitation.

Great home for a relaxing vacation

This house was immaculate. The pool is heated and caged, so no bugs. The location is perfect. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Safe neighborhood..... we were comfortable walking at night. We loved the massage chair and hottub.

Well thought out

The house is as presented in the add. The screened in pool area was a much bigger benefit than I had expected; it created real indoor/outdoor space. The owner has done a really great job of providing beach chairs, cooler of various sizes, pretty good golf clubs, great bicycles, etc. etc. He is also always available by phone. The only real negative I have is that the barbecue old and beat up inside, too small, and not powerful enough. We used it almost every night, and it was harder to cook than it should have been.

Perfect Accommodations

Just returned to cold New England after a fabulous two-week stay at Jim's beautiful home. The Vanderbilt Beach area is one of the most desirable spots in Naples and we could not be more pleased with the accommodations and thoughtfulness of the owner. Everything needed for one's stay has been provided and all the extras including 8 bikes, beach necessities, golf and tennis equipment, and an incredible top-of-the-line massage chair, just added to our comfort and enjoyment. We hope to be back again. (For future vacationers not familiar with the area, catch dinner and beach sunsets at the Ritz Carlton's ocean-side Gumbo Limbo restaurant. While they don't take reservations, valet park at the hotel about an hour and a half before sunset to assure seating)

Great experience

This was one of the cleanest, most well-furnished vacation rentals we have stayed in. It’s a beautiful home, in a quiet neighborhood, and an easy 15 minute walk to the beach. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and gave us great recommendations for things to do and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful home and location

This is a beautiful home close to the beach. House had several bikes to use that made it nice to ride to the beach. The house has everything you need for your stay. Communication with home owner is outstanding and will answer any questions when you call. Will definitely look at staying here again.
