There were 8 cousins meeting for the first time in years and this house was perfect! Everything was just was listed and we had such amazing times hanging out inside and outside, lounging in the pool and cooking/eating. Great house!!

Greta location. Amazing host. Very nice property. However, some concerns on the cleaning. We’d found pieces of broken glasses, lot of ants in the kitchen…etc. this must be improve to match the price.

We had a wonderful long weekend with my family. The house was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, close to everything, including a beautiful beach. The host was very attentive. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

Naples Home Away From Home

Felt like walking into a home I own. Easy check in and check out was easy. Everything needed for the stay was accommodated in the house. Space for each Family was perfect. Pool was the perfect temperature for the kids to swim in and outdoor kitchen was the cherry on top!

The host was EXCELLENT. The host went above and beyond expectations. This house is centrally located in Naples and super close to Bonita Springs. They had games, pool, and just about everything needed to make this stay wonderful. Another thing that I have seen with other property owners is they will charge extra to turn on the pool heater but this host did not charge extra. He even brought plenty of propane tanks to power the grill and fire pit. Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway

The property was amazing. It was very clean and well stocked. Very new and modern and well thought out. The pool and lanai are perfect for vacation. Property host had excellent communication and addressed all of our needs immediately. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The Best

This was our first experience with renting a home. We could not have been more pleased. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family of 12. Our host, Shay was so accessible. He seemed to anticipate any needs( eg. beach towels,outdoor grill,kitchen supplies). Our grandkids loved the bikes,we loved the hot tub and swimming pool.The electric car charger was a bonus. Wonderful house

It was a great house for our 70 th birthday celebrations with college roommates. The house was well equipped, beautifully furnished and the landlord was very responsive. I would highly recommend this house for a vacation!

Amazing property and attentive owners

This place was amazing ing for our family. Modern, clean and beautiful! The owners thought of everything you could need! You just have to bring yourself and clothes! The layout was perfect! We had 2 sets of grandparents with us and they each had a private spacious bathrooms. There was a fun room with bunk beds for the kids. 2 rooms with queens size beds that shared another spacious bathroom. Everyone had their own space. We did most our meals at the house and they had everything we could need. The pool came with pool toys and was spacious and had a relaxing hot tub. We were just minutes from the beach and they had all the beach accessories for us. We were a family of 7 ranging from seniors to a four year old. We have been renting every spring break for many years and this is the best house we have stayed at. Thank you so much to the owners for thinking of all the little and big amenities we could need!

Great space for family

We had 8 adults and 2 children under 3 and this property was a great fit for all of us. It is a modern feel and nicely decorated with all the amenities. The location is also a plus and allowed us to walk to several local places. Shay was very helpful and communicated quickly.

date mix-up, poor communication

looks nice from the outside. we made a mistake and wanted thanksgiving but accidentally booked for the week before. so we arrived to find the house occupied. that's on us. that said, even a week after scheduled departure, the owners had never messaged to ask where we were and if we were ok. i'd call that poor communication. at least, when i messaged a week after scheduled departure, they did agree to refund the cleaning fee.

My 60th birthday celebration!

Everything was very nice, we all enjoyed our stay! We did have some issues with the pool/hot tub. The hot tub never really seemed to get very hot. The pool didn't seem to have enough water in it. But overall was a wonderful stay. Thank you! Laurie

Beautiful home with many amenities close to beach

Beautiful home in very nice area. All comforts of home and then some. Beach is close by, pool and outdoor area is amazing with outdoor kitchen and sitting area. Kitchen, bedrooms and living area are very spacious and comfortable. Two master bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is very well stock. Thanks Shay for great stay!

Family Vacation

Great House with an excellent location close to the beach and restaurants.

The House was great. It is new and well appointed with excellent amenities. The pool, spa and outdoor living area with a BBQ grill were terrific. A great place for a family vacation in Naples. Shay the host was very responsive to our questions.
