We had a wonderful stay in Naples. The house was very well equipped, a state-of-the-art kitchen and an amazing principal bedroom and very comfortable beds. The property’s location, so close to the beach was a huge factor - 3-4 minutes by car. All very positive!In our opinion the only issue that lets the property down is lack of space AROUND the pool to be able to relax on sun beds and enjoy the pool together with the rest of the family. We were also disappointed that we were unable to use the BBQ due to the fact that it had not been cleaned and the smell of stale fat/grease lingered around the area.Having said all that, we would stay there again if we were planning on visiting Naples. It was a great house for both grandparents and children!

We were celebrating an anniversary and a birthday and enjoyed doing it at this beautiful home, it’s location is close to everything you could want; dining, beaches golf and shopping. The children enjoyed the pool and the bunk beds. Thank you

Perfect North Naples Location

This is a pristine, spacious home that is luxurious and well maintained. The saltwater pool was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Access to Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins Pass, La Playa and other commercial sites was ideal and kept travel time to a minimum. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely work with this vendor again.

Very nice but small improvements needed

The house and location were great and as advertised. We did get locked out as there was a lock on the front door handle as well as an electronic dead bolt. The rental company reacted quickly however they did not have a key to unlock the door. We needed to wait about 3 hours for a locksmith to get us in. DO NOT USE DOOR HANDLE LOCKS. Why are there locks with no key available? Wish the kitchen was better equipped with useful small stuff. Bring a Bluetooth speaker if you want to listen to music outside. Overall the house was great. I’m sure my little criticisms will be worked out over time.

Family gathering for funeral.

New and very clean. Well-furnished and spacious. Great covered outside area in the back by the pool. Water in the back master bathroom never got hot. Front driveway needs to be a little wider for two vehicles side by side. Everything else was great.

Beautiful House

The house is very well done and feels brand new. Great layout and amenities for a trip with friends. Easy to get to the beach and Naples. Property manager was great to work with. Will definitely stay again!

Great vacation home

My husband and I enjoyed our recent vacation at this house in North Naples. The house was very clean and comfortable, and a great location. The property manager was very responsive when I had questions. I highly recommend this rental!

Family weekend

Property was a new construction, only a few months old, when our stay occurred. Clean and well equipped. Any items needed or questions we had were promptly answered. Experienced minor issue with lighting and fan in two bedrooms that weren’t working. Only recommendation I would make would be to keep an eye on mildew on furniture and wall areas of the pool. Lovely home for a family vacation.
