Fishing paradise

This Port of the Islands condo was perfect for our little getaway. Great fishing too. Only had a hiccup checking in as we received inaccurate code BUT the owner was very helpful getting us in and checked on us throughout our stay. Will definitely come back to stay in the future

Perfect for our needs

This was perfect for our needs and the location was even better. The only negatives was the parking and the grounds for the entire property were not well kept but I am going to give that a pass as I am sure with coming out of the pandemic that between perhaps lack of guests and being able to get help that could be the reason. The pool area was very clean and the bar/restaurant was amazing. I have never seen a bunch of women work harder. The service was fantastic. Considering going back for a month in 2023.

short drive south of naples

if you want to stay in the hub-bub of Naples, this isn't the location for you, but we thoroughly enjoyed staying here, it's maybe a 10 minute drive south of Naples, away from all the traffic. there's a marina at this location, fishing from the shore was great. the unit is small, truly made for no more than 2 people, but frankly .... given good weather ..... you're really not inside except to sleep & shower. steve, our contact person while there, was very, very responsive. if we didn't have such a long bucket list, we'd go back!

Cozy

The property was great and we were greeted and had a tour around the neighborhood upon arrival. The only complaint we had was that the arrival email had some details that were incorrect (check in process, wifi info, and property manager name), but the stay overall was great and we knew we had someone to contact nearby if we had any issues.

Quiet and Relaxing...

We stayed in this area to visit friends for 3 days, we did not did not spend allot of time on the property.. The room is a smaller studio efficiency, but it has all you need.!! clean room, cold air, ceiling fan, full kitchen & bath. ** The only negative thing was the air-conditioner was very noisy, it worked great... But, I think It might need a repair.?? Marco island beaches, everglades city, and Chocoloski Island are all with in 10 to 25 minute drives. There is a little marine store on the property, very clean, has most everything, drinks, beer, basic food needs. there is a restaurant in the main hotel and a small bar. Really no need to leave the property if you don't want to, everything is there. This is a small community based around a marina with lots of boats. there are nice houses w pools, a hotel, nice condos, and the studio efficiency's all located around the pool area. The Pool was very nice and not crowded or loud..

Dissapointed

Beautiful location but very disappointed with the overall experience. This studio is part of a unit that is located on property of a hotel but I did not book through the hotel and therefore I was not allowed access to the pool, lounge or lobby like stated when booking. My "room key" that was supposed to give me access to the lobby, pool and lounge did not work and when I asked the front desk to give me another key they told me they could not. The wifi did not work in the apartment and barely worked in the lobby. Steve was very nice in welcoming me and making sure I was comfortable but overall not a great trip.

Extremely adequate for my Stay (this is not a bad thing :)

The property and studio apt had everything I needed. Yes, its small and yes that's what should be expected. Terrific for a single or loving couple. It was perfect for me as it was a last minute reservation (stayed 21 days but working in/out of RSW as well). That being said, the unit was clean and cozy. The exterior reflects the age of the building, however the landscaping was well kept. Check-in and check-out was very efficient and simple. The amenities such as tennis, boat rentals, and other various water excursions are available and looked worthy but I did not have the time to indulge. Communications between property liaison and myself was terrific. He was very attentive and tried to meet me several times during my stay but I was there to golf in/around Naples etc . . . so I was only there in the evenings. Nevertheless, the effort was appreciated. The pool is nice, clean and quite relaxing. I visited the bar twice and it was fine. Good music . . . I did not eat at the restaurant but I can tell you it was busy whenever I passed by. The only "minor" negative comment I have relates to parking. No assigned parking - essentially first come, first serve. It was not that big of a deal for me but I could see it being an issue for some. There is an alternate parking area but its a bit of a walk. Again minor but worth mentioning! As far as the title, you know the location when booking and I take full responsibility however, it should be known its a 60 min hike to RSW and 20 min to the heart of Marco 25-30 to downtown Naples. All that being said, its a nice place to unwind, perhaps disconnect and get away for the hustle and bustle! All in All - ENJOYED!!!!
