Fabulous stay. Five minute drive to watch sunsets at the Ritz. Close to beaches. Everything was clean and comfortable including the pool. Katherine is responsive and helpful. We would stay again.

Our stay was wonderful!! The host did an outstanding job with the layout and decor--everything felt fresh, updated, and thoughtfully designed. They truly thought of everything guests might need to feel comfortable. The pool was a great bonus, and the location was perfect--close to our friends in Pelican Bay as well as great shopping and dining. It was a lovely stay, and we will book again when we return to Naples.

Awesome home close to Vanderbilt Beach

We stayed in this home for a few days in May and it was the perfect location. The home was very clean and had lots of space. I was able to communicate very easily with the owner and she was extremely helpful and attentive.

Location. Location. Location.

We have stayed numerous places in Naples for extended periods of time and we love this location. It is so close to the Mercato and the beach. We used the bikes the house supplied us almost every day. The house was very nice and clean.

Great spot for family vacation to Naples

This home was perfect for our 6 day getaway to Naples. We were a group of 8: grandparents, parents and 4 kids ages 6-12. Property features high ceilings that made it feel even more spacious than the photos imply. 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites gave our group of 8 plenty of space. The home is in like new condition and its really solid construction made it hard to notice there were 8 of us there. Pool was adequately sized for our 4 kids to really enjoy. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and also had some great things that made our time there even more enjoyable including 4 bikes and helmets, 8 beach chairs as well as plenty of beach toys and towels. We had everything we needed. Communication with the property management was outstanding and they were responsive and quite helpful. Highly recommend this house for a family getaway.

Fun group trip

The house was as described and had room for 3 couples, one infant and three 5YOs. It was great to have the pool and the ample living space. The house is close enough for adults to walk to the beach or take the bikes, but we drove with the children and parked in the garage 1 block from the water. The host was extremely communicative and any outstanding needs we had were addressed immediately. Thank you!

Amazing house!!

We had an incredible stay at this property. We loved EVERTYHING about the property, location, etc. The property manager Katharine was nothing short of amazing from the time of booking. I highly recommend this house for any stays and we will definately return!

A wonderful stay!

A beautiful home and property for our group, which included 2 families with children aged 4 to 14. Everyone loved the pool and outdoor space. The house was very clean and fully equipped for our stay, including all the beach gear - a huge bonus! Fantastic location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend and will hopefully stay again in the future!

Property was fantastic for a family. Very clean and had spacious bedrooms. Very close proximity to the beach, Whole Foods, shopping and restaurants. We also took advantage of nearby playgrounds for the kids. Owner was very responsive to questions. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful home in lovely neighborhood

The house is great, spacious with amazing pool! It was wonderful to have use of bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon. It’s about a 20 minute easy walk to the beach, faster on the bikes. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to run/walk safely. Great location close to all Naples has to offer. The hosts are kind and extremely responsive- great experience!

Great Location

House was perfect for my Busness meeting at the Ritz Carlton hotel 5 min drive. Pool was great with our grand babies. And 3 year old. Area very quite good for walking. House is setup perfect for our stay. Beds were the perfect firmness and showers were great, Beach stuff was perfect. For our beach days. Bikes great to go to beach.

Amazing 1 month stay with kids and grandparents

This property was perfect. We stayed 1 month with 3 kids under 4 and grandparents. There was enough space to feel comfortable, spread out and not cramped. We took full advantage of everything g the property offered. Pool is cleaned weekly. Management was highly responsive. We had cpl small small issues that were responded to in minutes and resolved faster than I expected them to be. The neighbourhood is fantastic - we biked around it daily and to the beach most days. We felt very safe walking with our kids and letting them play in the street and just moving when the occasional car went by. Drivers would wave to the kids. Overall happy with the experience.

Enjoyable stay

We stayed at Tides for two weeks—one with our extended family. Four bedrooms, two masters and three bathrooms is so nice for three couples (one with small kids.) We did pay extra to heat the pool but felt it was worth it as we really enjoyed it many of the days. We also loved the fire pit on the lanai along with the large TV out there where we spent many a happy hour. Communication with Katharine was easy and prompt. Beds were very comfortable and the shower heads/water pressure were awesome. We love staying in Naples Park and this house was great for our family. Would definitely rent again!
