A large chef's kitchen with all Bosch appliances. Every space is designed for a group of 8-10 to gather. Bikes, towels, beach chairs, toys are all included!

No rental car needed. Set your bags down and enjoy everything this newly built home has to offer with its desirable location. Bikes are included so you can easily get to all the area amenities.

Pet Friendly
Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval. The pet rental fee of $25 per night per pet is not included in the current rate and will be added after booking.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire house and you will check in with a keyless entry.

Other things to note:
-Bikes are included.
-For your peace of mind, the pool area features a removable mesh safety fence. The sturdy aluminum support posts slide securely into matching, pre-drilled deck sleeves surrounding the pool, creating a tight tension barrier to keep little ones safe. When you want full open access to the patio layout, the lightweight fence panels can be fully unlatched and rolled up in minutes.
-Pool heat to 80°/85° degrees is included. Hot tub heat included at 102°. If you would like the pool warmer, the service can be added for a daily rate.
-Golf cart shuttle available to the neighborhood beaches, shops, and restaurants with this house's location. There is not a golf cart included with the house rental.
-True South Vacations donates a portion of its proceeds to animal shelters.

We can't guarantee sun but Florida has the best chances of it!

The house is fully stocked with everything from a coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, wagon, etc. All you need is to pack your bags, sit back and relax...
