Das Haus liegt in einer tollen ruhigen Gegend. Es ist alles vorhanden was man brauchen könnte. Sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin konnte jederzeit erreicht werden.Wenn ich wieder nach Naples komme…..auf jeden Fall in dieses Ferienhaus!

We have just returned from staying at this property, and it was absolutely perfect. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos—immaculate, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean.Gloria is a truly outstanding host—thorough, thoughtful, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her attention to detail made our stay seamless and relaxing.The location of the villa couldn’t be better—just a short walk, bike ride or drive to the beach, shopping, and excellent restaurants.Inside, the home is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and everything you could possibly need. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making sure guests are comfortable and well taken care of.I’ve been coming to Naples for over 45 years, and this is by far the nicest house we’ve ever rented. We would return in a heartbeat.

Parkshore Perfect

The grounds and the house feel like home. The interior of the house is bright and well furnished. The property is nicely landscaped and the patio and the pool area are spacious with direct access from several rooms.The neighborhood is quiet and close the the beach. Home Away From Home

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Gloria is amazing and so welcoming. The house is very clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked for cooking and anything else you need for a comfortable stay. We loved our time there and are looking forward to staying again next year.

Paradise

We have stayed at Jeff and Gloria’s several times and it never disappoints. The house is immaculate, beautifully furnished and equipped and in a great location. There are lovely restaurants within walking distance, a particular favourite is Swan River, and for anything a little further, a whole fleet of bicycles to fit every age. We are back in a few months, need I say more!

Amazing House in Naples

Our 4th time at Gloria & Jeff's beautiful Naples house and it just feels like home from home. The house feels so relaxing and is in a very up market neighbourhood of Naples. The private access to the Park Shore beach is a real bonus and we spent a lovely sunset there with the next door neighbours. The house is impeccably furnished in a modern style. The master bedroom is so comfortable it was a struggle to get up in the morning! The kitchen wants for nothing as Gloria & Jeff have thought of everything. The pool and terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy the Florida sunshine and the outdoor bar perfect for drinks. We will be back!

Excellent stay in a beautiful house

We enjoyed our vaccation in Naples in beautiful surroundings and a tastefully and completely equipped house. The owners were very kind and helpful. The pool was at perfect temperature and the house exceeded our expectations. We also appreciated very much the beach pass to a wonderful beach. Generally speaking there was nothing to complain about. It will not be our last visit.

Perfect House Perfect House owners!

Beautiful house located in a very nice upscale neighborhood. Never been to Naples before but will definitely be back. The owners was so helpful with our questions and answered very quickly. Great stay in Park Shore Drive Area

The house was in a nice area of Naples, close to the beach and a short drive to 5th Ave shopping and restaurants. We loved having the option of the pool or beach. The host thought of everything that you might need and was very responsive to any questions that we had.

Phenomenal!!!

I was in Naples for the first time 34 years ago and have rented a house in Naples many times since then. Jeff’s and Gloria's house is simply the best! We felt at home right from the start. Everything is very high quality (the house, the furniture, beach equipment, bicycles (different sizes including for me: 6ft3), and much more)! Even the little things have been thought of. The pool and garden are beautiful. The communication with Gloria was sensational and fast. The neighborhood is gorgeous and we used the access to the private beach daily. We hope very much that we can spend our vacation in Jeff’s and Gloria's house again sometime. Therefore we can fully recommend the house! Thank you very much, Gloria and Jeff!

Lovely time in Park Shore

A repeat visit for us and we were not disappointed. Great location, excellently resourced house with all you could need for a great vacation stay. As well as the house being tastefully furnished and decorated, much thought has gone into providing for guests, from the fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, dual bbq options, great bikes and beach chairs, and most importantly Park Shore Assoc membership for beach parking! We stayed just over one month in late 2023 and were EXTREMELY HAPPY with all the accommodations, reservation process, communications with owner. The villa is well equipped, spotless, tastefully decorated, comfortable, conveniently located, with magnificent private grounds and recreational equipment. The beach, shopping, entertainment and restaurants are all within walking distances. The neighbourhood of Park shore is friendly, well landscaped, pleasant to walk and a short 5 minute drive to 5th avenue. We would certainly wish to return next year. Thank you Gloria for all your help, care, organizational skills, tasteful decoration and responsiveness.

4th time and it did not disappoint

This is a great Villa, Near to Park Shore beach ( you get a pass to get in), in a beautiful neighbourhood and close to shopping. Every time we go we feel at home. The villa is kept in immaculate conditions. Every bedroom has its own TV, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you can think of. We travel a long way from London (UK) to get here but it is well worth it. Gloria is a wonderful host with lots of helpful information and always available should you need to.

Another glorious vacation

We have stayed at Jeff and Gloria’s beautiful home in Naples many times now and it never disappoints. The home is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. Gloria is always available if we have any queries, although we rarely do. As for location, it would struggle to be better. We are able to cycle up to The Waterside shops, down to 3rd Street and 5th Avenue, walk to the supermarket and coffee shop and walk to a several very nice restaurants. Needless to say, we will be back later in the year.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, was spotless when we arrived, and well stocked. Gloria was very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns. We loved sitting outside in the lanai/pool area. The landscaping is beautiful, especially at night with all the low level lights highlighting the trees and plants. I especially enjoyed relaxing there watching all the birds that were in the area. Definitely a 5 star house.

Lush!

This place is just perfect. The interior of Gloria and Jeff's place is something special. Colourful, happy, stylish and also very functional. They have thought of everything you might need. Even a dyson hairdryer. Which for my hair is a must! There are plenty of beach towels, chairs, toys and everything you require for fun days at the beach or pool. The house is spotless and there are plenty of cleaning items to keep it that way. I LOVE USA washing machines. That in itself makes my holiday! Gloria is so,so helpful and kind. Such a wonderful host and I can understand why thier place is so popular. The Parkshore area itself is lovely and nothing is too far away.
