Lo único bueno, el personal. El hotel esta en un estado ruinoso. Completamente descuidado. La habitacion muy grande pero el colchon de la cama era una colchoneta, en el servicio, faltaba la tapa del WC, en la ducha y la bañera se salía todo el agua, en uno de los lados de la cama no había ni mesilla ni luz, y en el otro una mesilla tan alta que parecía una mesa de comedor, ya que la cama,como he dicho era muy bajita. Una pena, ya que los jardines y el hotel podrian ser una maravilla, pero estan completamente abandonados y descuidados, una autentica decepcion.

El edificio es precioso, en una casa solariega de época, con jardines, piscina y aparcamiento, pero necesita una reforma. Las habitaciones amplias y luminosas con grandes ventanales que no aislan mucho, la verdad, y techos altisimos. Limpias eso sí. El pueblo donde está no tiene nada de bonito, ni siquiera un paseo marítimo! y es bastante sucio (como Nápoles) Como viajamos con coche, nos gustó la ubicacion (Ercolano) porque está entre Pompeya y Nápoles, que era lo que queriamos visitar, y a un precio mas barato que los de su categoría en Nápoles. Tiene ruinas como Pompeya, muy bien conservadas, pero de menor envergadura.

Lugar muy bonito. Jardines espectaculares. Muy muy buena ubicacion. Zona muy tranquikeja apartada del CAOS de Napoles, a las puertas de las ruinas de la ciudad de Ercilano (expectaculares), a los pies del vedubio i muy cerca de pompeya y Sorrento. Ubicacion perfecta.

Es un hotel que sorprende, por fuera parece mal mantenido, pero el interior te sorprende, esta increible, perfecto.

Estupendo hotel en Villa con lindo jardin
Excelente Hotel, al lado de las ruinas de Hercolano, silencioso, lugar romántico y de descanso, con parque y excelente piscina, muy buena pieza, grande, muy buena cama, baño excelente. La cocina un poco simple. Muy buena atención. El hotel es muy bueno y autónomo. La ciudad de Hercolani ha decaído mucho

Excelente para familias y grupos de amigos
Es un enorme y lujoso hotel ubicado en una zona (Ercolano) que desentona con el hotel ,ya que sus calles están muy sucias y la zona no es para pasear. Las ruinas están muy pero muy descuidadas (La entrada está a 300 metros del Hotel) y no tuvieron para nosotros atractivo alguno. Está ubicado a 1000 metros de la estación del ferrocarril ERCOLANO SCAVI del ferrocarril CIRCUMVENSUVIANO ( Ojo que la siguiente estación se llama Ercolano Miglio D'Oro y NO deben bajarse ahí).La atención recibida por TODOS los que integran el Staff del Hotel es muy profesional y destacable .Nuestras felicitaciones para ellos y su manager .

Personale perfetto, gentilezza e disponibilità impeccabile, non altrettanto per la direzione, avendo avuto delle sottrazioni dalla camera, nello specifico articoli cosmetici femminili , chiedo di parlare col direttore, il direttore non esiste, chiedo di parlare col la proprietà, al momento non disponibile, mi viene riferita una serie di appuntamenti, ai quali non si è mai presentata. Peccato , io capisco la difficoltà della sua posizione, ma il comportamento è stato dir poco , per nulla professionale

While our room was spacious, the hotel overall is a disappointment. Everything seems to be falling appart. The air conditioning in the room was not working so it was like an oven. We got portable air coolers sent which didn't do much to relieve the issue. The fridge in the room was not working. We were told a technician will be sent and this did not happen. Furniture in the room barely stands up (the Ottoman in our room had a broken leg). The overall site requires maintenance. The garden is a jungle, the walking area has not been cleared in ages and there is a build up of slippery moss/ slime grass. Breakfast is rubbish (more continental Vs hot breakfast). Restaurant is basic. However food was not bad.

Schönes historisches Gebäude mit sich anschl. Park und poolbereich. Auch die direkte Nähe an der Hauptstraße führte zu keiner nennenswerten Belastung, exorbitanter Blick über den Golf von Neapel. Frühstückesbuffet typisch italienisch und bestand haupt sächlich aus ital. Backwaren. Leider musste man beim Service Personal oft nachfragen, selbst wenn man Brot oder Besteck, Gläser habe wollte, wenn dies nicht zur Verfügung stand. Im Gegensatz zum restl. Hotelbetrieb schien das Personal nicht willens auch nur ein Mindestmaß an Service zu bieten. Schade, da der gute Eindruck des Hotels jeden Morgen aufs Neue gemindert wurde. Der schwarze Sandstrand unweit vom Hotel liegt sehr verborgen, jedoch lohnt es sich ihn zu finden. Er ist spektakulär mit seinem Blick nach Neapel, ischia, Capri und sorrent. Schön angelegt.

Shabby Chic with amazing grounds and views from the rooms of Naples Bay or Vesuvius. The building is one of a kind. It has faded elegance and beautiful decorative details that cannot be found in a modern hotel. There are cracks and wobbles and it needs money to refurbish and make it excellent. That said, if I wanted a base for Herculaneum, Pompeii, Naples, Sorrento again, I would happily stay at Miglio D'Oro Park Hotel again.

Gorgeous hotel and grounds. The floors were not very clean and the bed back boards in one of our rooms was very stained. It looked terrible. One of our 3 rooms had no shower and just a hand held sprayer that could not be wall mounted. Staff was friendly and the free breakfast was wonderful. Just 5 minutes walk from here to Herculaneum! The neighborhood is dirty, littered, busy. Over all the hotel is gorgeous, just needs a thorough cleaning throughout and replace a few worn out or stained items. The grounds out back, including the pool are amazing! We appreciated the free parking, even for hours after check out while we walked to Herculaneum.

Worst hotel ever.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Extremely disappointed in this hotel. Overall condition was is disrepair. Lights not working, the entrance door frame to our room was broken and not secure, cleanliness was so bad, we had to wipe the cutlery before using any of it. Mold and holes in the shower ceiling, paint peeling off the walls. The main pool was dirty and there was no bar service. I will never, ever recommend this hotel to anyone,,,, ever. This should be renovated or torn down. Sorry we ever stayed here.

The property is nice. Old with good grounds. But no direction of how to park. The breakfast is very ordinary and the staff even worse. They picked up anything that finished even though it was still 30 minutes to go be free breakfast ended. They served coffee as if they are making the beans and then making the coffee. Staff need Ms some training on customer satisfaction

Expedia re-booked us to this property when our original reservation fell through and I am so glad they did. Walking distance from the beach and the Herculean Ruins. The property itself was absolutely lovely - while being a little outdated (bathroom/shower area left lots to be be desired), the bed was super comfortable and the pool and landscape was beautiful! I walked through fountains, towers, and an amazing nature trail right on the property. Breakfast was provided each morning at no additional cost and the glass elevator surrounded by a marble staircase was breathtaking. The front desk helped arrange our pick-up and gave great suggestions for food options really close by. Property is only a 10 minute walk to the train to go to Pompeii - absolutely recommend this hotel!

We enjoyed our stay.The food was very good, breakfast fine the staff friendly and helpful.An elegant hotel which seems to have been recently refurbished though the bathroom door was difficult to open wide as it caught on the floor.Very conveniently situated for Herculaneum, the railway station and the motorway network.We would stay again.

Great property near Naples. Convenient location and walking distance to neighborhood restaurants/shops. Staff is great but the surroundings are not too aesthetically pleasing.

Je suis mitigée sur l hotel: il pourrait être 100 fois mieux s'il y avait un peu plus d'entretien des parties communes. Les chambres sont propres mais effectivement vieillissantes, les 2 lampes de chaque coté de notre lit ne fonctionnaient pas, le frigo non plus (nous avons signalé cela en début de sejour mais personne n'est venu, nous n avons pas voulu insister) la porte de la salle de bain fait un bruit atroce et la porte de douche est usée donc ça fuit. Points positifs: la vue à couper le souffle coté mer, la grandeur de la chambre et de la salle de bain, la gentillesse et l amabilite du personnel, la piscine. Gros point négatif: le petit dejeuner!! Le jambon et le fromage n'étaient vraiment pas bon (du jambon bas prix ultra fin et idem pour le fromage qui en plus était a moitie fondu) le pain de mie pas bon non plus et le café etait toujours tiède (au mieux) Dommage pour un pays qui a autant de choix de charcuterie et de fromages, c est vraiment un point à améliorer. Coté sucré c était bon.

Nous avons passé un bon sejour dans l hotel. La piscine est tres agréable. Il est très proches des commerces et restaurants. Le personnel est egalement tres sympathiques. Le petit dejeuner inclus est un plus.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! This hotel is totaly run down, and the service is incredibly bad. On Hotels.com they advertise that only Deluxe Rooms and Superior Rooms have sea view. We booked in advance a Deluxe Room for 4 nights. The pictures on Hotel.com of this room are glamorous, showing a room, nicely furnished, well-maintained, beautiful decorated walls, a nice and well-maintained bathroom. The reality is VERY different from these glamorous pictures: Holes in the walls, plaster of the walls fells down, electric installations fall out of the wall, doors of the cabinets fall of, safety box did not function, tiles in the bathroom was missing, shower cabin was dirty and mouldy, the doors of the shower cabin falls of and there was a lack of furnish (lamps, tables, chairs, etc.). This was not in accordance with the room we have ordered! We confronted the reception desk. They offered us another room, newly renovated, but not a Deluxe Room, why we declined the offer. Then they started renovating our room, without notifying us, with trowel and paint on the walls. So, we lived in a room under renovation, why we checked out. When we checked out, the reception offered us a Deluxe Room later that day, when it would become vacant. We declined, having spent 2 of our 4 nights in a room VERY different to the specifications. They did not offer us any compensation for our inconvenience. On the contrary they charged us the whole payment for 4 nights we have booked. STAY AWAY!!!

This property was BEAUTIFUL! Beautiful hotel and rooms. The only thing is that there’s barely anything to do in it’s surroundings, and it’s deceiving since this is NOT in Napoli, it’s in Ercolano which is a 20 min car ride from Napoli. Transportation from Napoli to Ercolano is very expensive, from 60-80€. Although the hotel is amazing, if you are staying in Napoli; this is not convenient unless you are prepared to face the challenges of the transportation
