The apartment is comfortable and equipped even for long-term stays. It is a few steps from Via dei Tribunali, the pulsating soul of historical, artistic and gastronomic Neapolitanism.
The quiet of the house, the condominium and the view of a hanging garden are unique.
You can live an authentic experience in popular Naples, in a late seventeenth-century palace, where time seems to have stopped like the Naples told by Eduardo De Filippo.
The apartment is LGBT+ friendly.
The apartment has all the amenities and services of a live-in home. It's absolutely quiet. Equipped with winter and summer air conditioning, free wifi, windows with blinds.
It includes a living room with fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, a large 30 sqm sleeping area (divided into two rooms, double bed area and single bed area), a bathroom.
The living room with kitchenette and bathroom have antique chestnut beams in evidence. The ceilings are between 2.70 and 3.00 meters high.
The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator (about 35 comfortable steps).
In the large bedroom of the sleeping area, of about 30 square meters, there are two steps that divide the double bed area from the single bed area.
Take this information into account if you have mobility difficulties.
Other things to keep in mind: a tourist rental agreement is required. Upon request, we will send you a copy at the time of booking.
In the case of reservations with only 2 guests, in case of need of separate beds, in order to accommodate the request, it must necessarily be communicated 2 days before arrival. Otherwise, a different bed layout cannot be guaranteed.
