Perfect Place to Stay in Naples Florida

This place was absolutely perfect for our family! Close to downtown Naples close to several great beaches and the resort pool area was amazing too. The host was also wonderful and communicating quickly when I needed that. The beds were super comfortable and the place was cozy clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend them and would definitely stay there again!

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay at Naples Bay Resort. The condo had everything that we needed, was clean, and a great little resort off of the 5th ave strip (but close enough to get to). The shuttle was super convenient to have a day on the beach or head downtown. We traveled with 2 young kids, and we fit comfortably in the condo.

Incredible stay in this updated Naples villa!

We have been coming to Naples Bay Resort for 15 years now & this villa was the best equipped for all of our family’s needs! We will definitely book it again, overlooking the tennis courts & pool with luxury immenitie!

The Property Was Nice - The Host Not So Nice

I will attempt not to make this long but the stay was a nightmare. We reserved this trip back in March never expecting Hurricane Milton to hit. We asked the host if we could cancel the trip but he was not having it so we went down trying to make the best of it and not to lose all that money. Long story short, the Governor declared a state of emergency in our county and we had to leave for Fort Myer and try to get out before the hurricane. It was difficult but we made it out. VRBO sent an email waiving fees and indicated the host was to reimburse us for the days we did not stay. The host shortchanged us and I am trying to get come of my money back and to make things even worse, he accused us of breaking a lamp which was not even in the living room. Trust me I always give reviews for those who deserve accolades but this time, I have to warn people. I have never experienced this type of treatment on vacation in my lifetime. It truly was a nightmare. Naples is nice, the property from what we can tell was nice but if you choose to stay at this property, I would strongly recommend another Host. Renters beware.

Fantastic in every way!

Great stay in this two bedroom unit at Marco Bay Club! Alan (manager/owner) was extremely flexible and considerate with our dates, which needed to be moved due to tropical storm. Upgraded unit with contemporary finishes and all conveniences of upscale hotel. Will surely be back there soon.

Amazing resort and updated unit

This resort had everything you would need - pools, bar/restaurant, gym, tennis courts and more. Walk into town or enjoy a meal at the Marina. Unit is spacious and updated and clean. Highly recommend!

Winter Escape

We loved the condo and Naples Bay Resort! The condo was beautifully appointed and in excellent shape. We had a short walk to the fitness center and pool and both of these amenities were extremely nice. Alan communicated with us periodically to ensure all was going well. I highly recommend Naples Bay Resort and this condo!

Great Stay Despite the Weather

3rd visit to Naples Bay Resort in the Cottages . First time renting with VRBO host rather than the resort . Excellent 2 bedroom unit overlooking the tennis courts but very quiet . Alan , the owner , was extremely responsive and organized . Some if the other units are a bit tired but he has upgraded much of the unit including flooring , furniture, TVs and nice LG appliances . Well supplies and comfortable beds . The property itself is beautiful and well run with spa , workout room, tennis , bar and restaurant. My only negative is the outside hallway lights that shine I. The bedroom but this is a consistent problem with all the units we have stayed in . Highly recommend this unit and host . Stuart L

We stayed over Christmas. We loved the unit. It has been updated and is bright, clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We’ve stayed several time at Naples Bay and this was by far the best unit we have stayed in. Owner was wonderful to communicate with and very responsive.

Naples stay

The apartment was very spacious and clean with plenty of home comforts, throws,cushions, pillows, bedding and towels. All the appliances worked and TVs in each room. Air-conditioning was good & the balcony was a nice treat as not all apartments have one. Beds were comfortable & large bathrooms. We slept well, it was quiet with no noise. The complex itself was luxurious, tidy & well maintained - sorry to have to leave it all behind!! Would definitely recommend this cottage & would certainly return should we visit the area again

Beautiful property

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. The unit was very close to the pool and restaurants were also close by. The unit itself was beautiful, very clean and nicely decorated. Alan was very responsive with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Naples family vacation

Great property. Alan was a great at communicating. Our favorite part of the vacations was renting a boat from the naples bay resort and marina. Super great price that we ended up renting it for 2 days! Highly recommend this place. Location was perfect for shopping, dinning, night life, beach and boating!
