We loved this home! It was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated—perfect for our family. The host was incredibly attentive and checked in throughout our stay. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much as we wanted, but the backyard gets wonderful morning sun for early swims.

We stayed at Rena’s house from Thursday to Sunday for a family getaway, and it was absolutely perfect. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and felt freshly updated. It comfortably accommodated our group of seniors, two young couples with kids aged 3 to 8.The house had everything we needed: a well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in great condition, plenty of pool towels, comfortable furniture, and cozy beds. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the TV/cable setup was excellent. The only minor issue was the microwave, which was a bit noisy.The pool was smaller than expected but clean and fully functional. The location is fantastic—just minutes from Vanderbilt Beach and Mercato Center. We celebrated our anniversary at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse nearby, and it was a great experience. Mercato Square is also just a short drive away.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would 100% recommend Rena’s house to any family looking for a relaxing vacation in Naples.

Perfect Stay!

We booked this last minute after Hurricane Helene and the home was just as pictured! Clean, spacious and great amenities and location. The manager Rena was very responsive and answered all our questions. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend this property.

Naples visit on 94th ave north

The property was almost perfect!! The pool never heated so I don’t want to be charged for it. The master shower had very little water pressure so we couldn’t really shower in it. Other than that, the house was beautiful!!!

Beautiful home

This house is set up beautifully! There are plenty of private, relaxing spaces as well as wonderful spaces to gather together. It is in a location that is convenient to drive to the beach, shopping, restaurants, golf and other activities. The property managers/owner have thought of every guest detail in this house. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfectly appointed

My family stayed at this newly renovated home in a perfect location in Naples. Everything we could want was provided! The home was beautiful and comfortable. And the rental company was very responsive and helpful. We will stay there again if possible.

Great house with all the amenities

What fun to stay in a new house with all the amenities one could want, down to a pool in the back yard. We were 6 people and there was plenty of room to spread out with sleeping arrangments but a wonderful table to gather to sip coffee and connect.

A great girls weekend getaway!

Best vacation home we have ever stayed in!

Absolutely beautiful home! Everything was gorgeous, plenty of space, plenty of beds. They provide the kitchen basics like spices for cooking and even coffee! Plenty of toilet paper, not one of those places that just provides a starter amount. The beach is a few min drive to a parking garage for $10 parking. Grilling outside was so convenient, we mostly just bought groceries and got some take out pizza. Wagon & 2 beach chairs were available to use and pool toys, which the kids loved. Would 100% book with Boutiq again. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Modern splendor in Old town Naples

We originally planned this trip to enjoy the annual Stonecrab fest, however it was cancelled/postponed due to Hurricane Irma. Despite this news, we decided we'd go and enjoy Naples anyway, and we are glad we did. The house was amazing. Very modern build witn all the bells and whistles. Everything in house was perfect, from the Italian marble floors, to the state of the art bathrooms, and beautiful patio area with pool and outdoor kitchen. Additionally, evetything you might need was included in the house, (Towels, kitchenware, cooking condiments, detergent, etc).The house was immaculate and location perfect. Short car rides to restaurants, bars, fresh markets, etc. Everyone in our group had an amazing time and we will defintely be back, sooner rather than later.
