This apartment is centrally located in Park Shore Resort, a 13-acre tropical oasis sitting on a lake just minutes from Naples' white sand beaches and pristine downtown.

As an avid foodie I'm always on the hunt for amazing cuisine and exceptional wines. With every rental, I share a hand-selected list of local restaurant favorites created from years of delicious trial and error. As the property manager of this beautiful tropical oasis, I take pride in hosting the best 5-star experience for you.

COMMON FAQ:
Q: How far to the beach?
A: ~20 minute walk / 5 minute bike ride / 3 minute drive to Clam Pass Beach is the closest beach accessible by car.

Q: What do I need to bring with me to the beach?
A: Just bring your bathing suit and sunscreen and you're ready to go! Chairs, umbrella, beach blanket, beach cooler w/ ice packs, and beach toys for the little ones are all provided. Our unit is fully-stocked (see pictures).

Q: How large is the apartment?
A: 864 sq. feet with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms & Private Screened Lanai

Q: Is there traffic noise from Tamiami Trail/US-41?
A: Nope! The apartment is located on the western end of Park Shore Resort away from the highway. The only noise you will hear are the trickling water fountains in the lake which can be heard from the screened lanai.

PARK SHORE RESORT FEE
The $115 resort fee is now included in your nightly rate for all reservations made on or after April 17, 2026. Previously, this fee was charged separately at check-in by credit card, but it is no longer required as an additional payment.

KEYLESS SELF CHECK-IN TO THE UNIT
As a guest, you’ll have full access to the resort’s pool, fitness center, sports courts, and all on-site amenities.
