El Hotel es muy moderno, la cama y almohadas comodisimas, la atención excelente. Lo único que no me gustó fue, que el segundo dia no había pan en el desayuno. Un desayuno sin pan no lo había visto jamás en ningún hotel, eso es algo básico.

Super clean! The wellness center is amazing! My only complaint is the restaurant doesn’t open until 2 pm and although there is a smoothie bar in the gym, there was no one working it. Overall though the hotel is great. I would stay there again!

“Contemporary Architecture and Amenities: The Innovation Hotel in Naples, Florida boasts modern architecture and state-of-the-art facilities. However, it’s evident that the hotel’s primary focus is on catering to orthopedic professionals. As someone who isn’t part of this specialized field, encountering advanced medical equipment throughout the premises can be disconcerting. It almost feels as though I stumbled into the wrong place.

The cleanest hotel we ever stayed, kudos to the cleaning team. Very new. Impressive architecture, eco-friendly, not crowded, best shower ever (great conditioner and body lotion), beds and pillows are super comfy. There are no carpets in the building except for the side stairs (emergecy and delivery) and therefore no familiar hotel smell (moldy carpets, wet pet smell etc). Love the tropical plants indoors.very safe. (Suggestions: breakfast area was super clean but the selection could be improved (no tea, no waffles); the overall feel was that of a lab, cold (68 degrees) and gray (some artwork please! And why not some orange or yellow or blue accents?). We understand that this is a business hotel but a pool would have been nice since business people are people too and we are in Florida. The beach is near but a trip to the beach is not always convenient. Complaint: the only problem was the A/C. The room was either 80 degrees or 70 and we were simply too tired to call the maintenance. So we first froze then got sweaty than froze again. Thankfully the bedding was awesome and we could hide under the throws. Overall, super relaxing and upscale environment.
