Muy buena opción

Excelente apartamento, amplio, moderno, bien equipado, bien situado y bien comunicado. El Sr. Gianluca, muy amable, está pendiente de las necesidades que puedan tener sus huespedes. Sin duda una muy buena opción para pasar unos días en Nápoles y visitar sus alrededores.

Napoli bellissima

Gianluca est à l'écoute de ses Vacanciers... Il conseille et reste disponible à chaque instant. Naples est une ville riche en patrimoine, si vous louez une voiture, la conduite est compliquée. Super séjour... Que de bons souvenirs. Concernant l'appartement, celui ci correspond exactement aux photos présentées sur le site.

Gianluca was a great host willing to help us maneuver through our stay in Naples . The accommodations were excellent. Very spacious and clean ! Close enough to the action , but not in the middle of it... which was nice after long days exploring the area. I would recommend the apartment to others highly and Gianluca as a top rated host !

Very Nice Apartment

The apartment had everything we need to stay a week. The property was very well kept. The surrounding neighbourhood was not as clean as it could be. There was a lot of trash. The shop keepers were friendly. The bus stops were just steps away. The bus was easy to use. The apartment was maintained very good. It was plenty big enough. The airconditioning worked well. We had Fun.

Our Napoli experience

The apartment for us was a jewel. The atmosphere the apartment set was an experience that is unexplainable. First the apartment was large, comfortable with everything one needs to have a great experience in Napoli, Capri and other surrounding interest. Once one has they lay of the land you can walk, take a bus, train, ferry or taxi to find all that this region offers; from islands like Capri to castles on the waterfront to a cave that is now used as a car park. Best of all is the generous nature of Gianluca the owner. Gianluca will make you feel at home and give the best advise on where to go and how to have a great time. Napoli and Gianluca will be friends for life.

Great!

We had no idea what to expect when we arrived,very tired, at the apartment - but we weren't disappointed. Gianluca welcomed us with water, cakes and masses of information. The apartment is very comfortable, particularly the bedrooms and bathroom. Kitchen very efficient and well stocked, slightly disappointed in that there was nowhere to sit in the evening other than a sofa in the kitchen. The apartment is in real downtown Naples and for us it was quite a privilege to experience a non- tourist part of the city before heading off to the sights. Thank you for a great experience!

Gianluca was incredibly helpful in making sure we knew where things were in the city. He also checked to make sure that all was going well. The apartment was clean and perfect for our needs and the food stores nearby were wonderful.

Very comfortable property with lots of space and very well-equipped. The host was outstanding and was helpful in directing us to the sites of the city and providing any and all information that we needed. He met us on site and spent half an hour with us going over various areas of the city, what to visit, and places to eat. I can highly recommend the accommodation on the host

Very well-appointed and comfortable. Easy to get to major sights since it was on Naples central road with heaps of transport available. Gianluca was very helpful and provided lots of information on transport, attractions, restaurants and how to use the facilities in the apartment.

Partenope Paradise - the real Napoli

Our 6 day stay in Napoli exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed both Gianluca's apartment and Napoli itself. The apartment is very spacious and light, with a large kitchen/living room, bathroom with washing machine and comfortable bedroom. As there were two of us staying, we did not access the second bedroom or bathroom and still had more than ample room. The apartment also feels very safe and quiet, with a doorman during am hours. Especially nice was the balcony off the living room, where we ate breakfast and read every morning. The apartment is located in a residential neighbourhood of Naples within walking distance to the historical centre and easy access to Metro stations. There is a fabulous bakery (amazing pastries and coffee!), numerous greengrocers, delis and butchers on the doorstep which makes cooking very easy. All the shopkeepers were friendly and their produce delicious! In terms of restaurants, it was a short walk to great inexpensive local restaurants, especially Neapolitan pizza at Starita's and pasta at Cantina del Gallo. Gianluca emailed us a great dossier with a list and maps to all the must eat places nearby. The apartment is also in a very convenient location to visit the catacombes, Fontanelle cemetary, the museum housing the veiled Christ, and the historic centre. As previously mentioned the ease of access to the metro meant it was a cinch to catch the train out to Herculaneum and Mt Vesuvius, and Positano on day trips. Gianluca was a fabulous host, giving great advice, being available for questions and greeting us with pastries on our arrival. He also went above and beyond and arranged a taxi for the next stage of our holiday. If you are looking for a well appointed apartment to experience Naples like a local, we definitely recommend staying at Gianluca's. Ten stars!

Un appartement très confortable quasi neuf et un hote charmant et de bon conseil

Appartement quasi neuf au coeur de Naples dans lequel il ne manque rien de ce que l'on peut attendre possédant même un ascenceur. Bien desservi par les transports en commun' petits commerces de proximité au pied de l'immeuble. Gianluca a été efficace de bout en bout pour nous guider avant l'arrivée et nous commander un taxi à 6 heures du matin au retour. Accueil chaleureux avec petits gâteaux et conseils de visite. Bravo et merci !

Séjour de rêve

L appartement de Gianluca situé dans un quartier authentique est très agréable. Spacieux, fonctionnel (2 salles de bain) très propre et proche des transports (bus à 2 mn ou métro à 10 mn). L accueil de Gianluca est exceptionnel. Très disponible, il nous conseille tant dans les choix des restaurants (nous avons adoré l ambiance napolitaine de la cantina del gallo) que dans celui des visites. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Couple avec 2 enfants majeurs.

Forza Napoli !

Salutations amicales au dévoué Signor Gianluca Mignano, propriétaire des lieux. Appartement très confortable, spacieux, propre, moderne. Quartier bruyant certes, faut pas oublier que nous sommes tout de même à Naples, mais le logement (4e étage avec ascenseur).est complètement à l'abri du tumulte de la rue. Nous recommandons chaudement cet appartement, point de départ d'innombrables visites. Une par exemple que vous pouvez faire tout près facilement : les Catacombes, 10mn de marche à droite en sortant de l'immeuble, à voir absolument. Monsieur Mignano nous a suggéré, en particulier, quelques restaurants. Faites lui, là aussi, confiance, ce sont d'excellentes adresses. Et n'oubliez pas que Napoli est la Capitale de la Pizza ! Forza Napoli !

Naples in April

We spent a few very happy days in Naples in Ginaluca's beautiful apartment, from which we were able to walk to the old city and museums, and easily get to the station to take the trains to Ercolano and Paestum. Gianluca was very helpful and gave us a lot of information about places to see and pizzeria's and restaurants to eat in. Thank you for a great stay.

Great time in Naples! Super cute apartment (beds were SO comfy!) and a wonderful host. Gianluca met us at the apartment and provided recommendations on what to see and do in Naples. We loved the welcome treats he left for us — so nice to have a ready snack after a long flight to Naples. The butcher shop and bakery near the apartment were very convenient. The highlight of our trip was Pompeii... amazing. Highly recommend this apartment and host.

Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay!

This apartment is absolutely lovely! It is in a great location, is spotlessly clean, has all the conveniences of home. Parking is very convenient next store, the price was reasonable and the attendants friendly and courteous. Our host was gracious and prompt. Highly recommend this apartment and will tell our friends about it! Naples is a great city and I highly recommend this VRBO. Great stay.

Clean, spacious, good location

The apartment is a good size and well equipped. Beds are comfortable and big enough for our 6 foot 6 inch friend! There are some lovely little shops within five minutes walk where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, delicious cheeses and Italian specialities. 10 to 15 minutes and you are spoilt for choice for restaurants and pizzerias. And the apartment is surrounded by museums, wonderful churches and characterful streets. The nearest metro is about 10 to 15 minutes walk and from there you have quick access to the rest of Naples. Gianluca was incredibly helpful, texting news of things we might like to see and making sure we had everything we needed. If you want to experience ‘real’ Naples and don’t mind walking then this is the ideal place to stay.
