  • Imagínese entrar en el corazón de Nápoles, en el centro histórico de la UNESCO, en un edificio de esquina entre Spaccanapoli y S. Gregorio Armeno donde, según las creencias populares, nació nuestro santo patrón: San Gennaro.
    La casa, recién renovada, tiene una terraza privada desde la cual se pueden admirar docenas de cúpulas, el Vesubio y todos los mil colores de esta increíble ciudad.
    ¿Estás listo para darte un chapuzón en la historia de Nápoles? El precio a pagar es la falta de un ascensor.

    La casa cuenta con 2 amplios dormitorios totalmente amueblados, un salón con sofá cama y una cocina equipada, baño privado con ducha y artículos esenciales (toallas, secador de pelo, jabón y champú). La casa está en el último piso de un antiguo edificio de interés histórico. Cuenta con una gran terraza panorámica, desde la cual es posible admirar, a la derecha, el cerro Vomero, Castel Sant'Elmo, San Martino; a la izquierda, el Vesubio, la Catedral de Nápoles y los característicos techos napolitanos del centro histórico. El apartamento está ubicado en el característico San Gregorio Armeno, famoso por la exhibición de cunas y pastores de los maestros artesanos napolitanos.

    Los huéspedes tendrán acceso a todas las áreas del apartamento.

    El edificio se encuentra a pocos pasos de las principales atracciones turísticas de la ciudad, incluida la Catedral de Nápoles, la Piazza San Domenico Maggiore, el metro de Nápoles, la Capilla Sansevero, la Via dei Tribunali, la Piazza del Gesù, el Museo Madre y el Museo Arqueológico Nacional. Desde la estación de Piazza Garibaldi es posible caminar en 15 minutos o en metro, línea 1 dirección Piscinola, Dante o parada universitaria. El puerto, desde donde parten los transbordadores para realizar excursiones a las islas de Capri, Ischia y Procida, se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie. Very secure home with a fabulous terrace which was awesome as we could just hang out in the evenings and mornings enjoying view. Felt very safe walking around at anytime day or night. Had a little store where we could get milk, chips and beer close by. Had an elevator to top floor which was great after a day of walking. The air conditioning was very much appreciated as we were there during the heat wave. We appreciated he had coffee, sugar and a coffee maker for our morning coffees. Dario was super friendly and helpful and always got back to us with any questions we had right away. Enjoyed our time in Naples :)

This is a gorgeous space located in the historic city center just off Spaccanapoli. The host was amazing, even helping me to book a taxi for an early morning trip to the airport. Highly recommended!

The apartment was good, really comfortable beds, nice clean bathroom, kitchen area.The outside space is beautiful in the mornings. Items such as cooking utensils were very likited, but enough to whip up some breakfast and dinner. Awesome old town experience

Right in the heart of busy old town. The perfect place to call home after a busy day of being a tourist. Balcony is great for eating meals and just relaxing. If you are wanting a true Napoli exp this Vrbo is a must

Fantastic property and host. A bit of a puzzle to find, but Dario was super responsive to our questions and requests, also giving tips for our onward trip. The location of the flat is perfect and the large patio area very special to relax after walking in the bustling city. Thanks for your attention, Dario!We highly recommend this property.

The apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of the historic quarter and is peaceful and quiet indoors despite the hubbub outside. Very comfortable with everything you need. A couple of small side tables at either end of the sofa for drinks would be handy. Lovely and clean and warm. Outside terrace a lovely place to sit in the sun and relax. Joining instructions looked complicated but were clear and thorough. Your host Dario could not be friendlier or more helpful and is on hand at all times if you need him. Very highly recommended.

Nice apartment above the buzz of downtown Naples

We had a nice stay at the apartment. Everything was okay. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace. What we missed was a coffee maker with a bigger capacity.

L'appartement est très bien placé et permet de tout faire à pied. Et il y a un petit supermarché pas loin pour faire les courses.Trop bien les petits déjeuners au soleil sur la terrasse en cette fin d'octobre !L'ascenseur est le bienvenu pour la montée des 5 étages.L'annonce est conforme à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place et les échanges ont été fluides avec Dario. A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Naples!If you want to experience the true magic of Naples, this apartment is the place to be. It is situated right in the heart of the historic city, meaning we were steps away from incredible shopping, fantastic restaurants, and vibrant piazzas. The location is so perfect that **no car is needed** at all—you can truly walk to everything!The apartment itself was wonderfully clean, offered plenty of great space for our group, and featured a fantastic outdoor patio. It quickly became our favorite spot to unwind and relax with a bottle of wine after a long day of exploring.An unexpected highlight was checking in. Picking up the first set of keys turned into a hilarious experience that our young adults affectionately dubbed a "scavenger hunt." It completely broke the ice and set a fun tone for the rest of the trip.A massive thank you to Dario for his exceptional communication and for making everything feel like an adventure right from the start! We totally recommend this gem and will absolutely be back.

Très bien situé et très agréable

Très agréable de trouver du gel douche, shampoing, savon et des capsules de café. Les lits sont confortables. Le petit déjeuner et l'apéro sur la terrasse sont un bonheur ! Si vous avez le sommeil léger, des boules Quies seront utiles, car les avions passent dès très tôt le matin.

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Altstadt und hat eine super Lage um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden oder sich schnell Mittags etwas zum Essen zu holen. Die Dachterrasse des Appartments ist sehr schön mit Blick auf den Vesuv. Für uns war nicht ersichtlich, dass es ein Durchgangszimmer (als Schlafzimmer gibt), die könnte man noch in der Anzeige erwähnen. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Appartment und würden wiederkommen.

Good location in historic center

Located in pedestrian only historical center. Steps away from many shops and restaurants. Quick walk to Museums and train station. Apartment was spacious, well stocked. Located on the top floor with no elevator so be prepared for 100+ steps to reach the top. Excellent patio/outdoor space with amazing views.

Worth the climb for the terrace

The terrace makes this whole property, it’s a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle below. The property was clean, beds comfy. Cons: Must be fit to climb the 7 flights of stairs, kitchen could be better appointed, there was no sharp cutting knife, it would be a challenge to prepare meal due to this fact. Would recommend just for the terrace!

Great apartment, great location

We had an excellent stay, right at San Gregorio Armeno and Spaccanapoli, minutes from anything. The terrace was a perfect place to relax in the evenings, and the apartywas airy and comfortable. Yes, there are something like 114 steps up but the upside is you are far above the street noise and get a lovely view. Dario was always available by text if needed.

The best feature by far is the deck area, just lovely. Great location and helpful host. A bit odd needing to go to another address to get the key but found it easily. The apartment didn't have a laundry as advertised which would have changed our thoughts on booking it. The bedroom layout isn't perfect as you need to walk through one bedroom to get to the next so not much privacy. The apartment could do with a spruce up as getting dated.

Holy stairs!

Stairs are no joke with a suitcase. Just as others described. We were a bit concerned with the entrance of the stairway but apartment was clean and the air worked great. Cool street. Short stay for us but we enjoyed it. Great communication with the owners.
