The property was nice. Kitchen felt a little cluttered. Back deck a little dirty, feet black after being out there. Very spacious! Very nice area walkable to beach and restaurants. Pet friendly for sure!

Our stay at OASIS 512 was nothing short of perfect! The home was beautifully renovated, spacious, and had such a warm, welcoming feel from the moment we walked in. The large kitchen made it easy to cook and gather together, and the lanai overlooking the pool was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The outdoor area was absolutely stunning — spacious, private, and perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. We also loved that it was pet friendly, so our furry friend could enjoy the trip right alongside us! Having bikes and beach gear provided made exploring the area even more fun and effortless.We loved OASIS 512 so much that we decided to extend our stay, and the amazing owners quickly found us another beautiful home — The Grotto. This house was a total dream! It was spotless, full of fantastic amenities, and the AC worked perfectly (a big plus in the Florida heat!). The location was amazing, and the pool area was simply magical — complete with a cave, waterfall, and jacuzzi that made every day feel like a tropical escape. The spacious kitchen had everything we needed, and the in-unit washer and dryer made things super convenient. Like Oasis 512, The Grotto was also pet friendly, and it came stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and all the beach gear we could imagine. Great location near beach

We enjoyed our time here very much. House was clean and bright and well-equipped. The included bikes and beach gear were a real bonus! The property manager was helpful and very responsive. Our only real complaint is that the listing said there was a new grill, but it was rusty and dirty and located in a dark, unlit corner of the patio; so, we didn’t use it more than once.

Wonderful Experience

My Husband and I chose this property due to convince to a job site and the lay-out of the yard, yet it ended up being so much more (in a good way) than we bargained for. This sweet home has so many simple luxuries that we called back immediately and extended our stay. Lucky for us it was slower season and we were able to. The property manager couldn’t have done a better job. Above and beyond to try and be helpful and professional. I love this little house and we have two small dogs that loved it to. The pool is the perfect temperature and the house feels comfortable in its layout. if you love to cook, they have a large island and lots of things to be accommodate . The garage door and door opener made it super convenient when unloading and loading when raining. It’s a very sweet property, not super modern, yet not dated if that makes sense. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay! The place was immaculate, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beach was just a short 5-minute drive, making it easy to spend hours soaking up the sun and enjoying the ocean views. Thomas was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. He made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a coastal escape. The proximity to the beach was perfect, and we loved being able to come and go as we pleased. Five stars isn't enough - we'd give it ten if we could! Thanks, Thomas, for a fantastic stay!

Beautiful home with so many amenities

My husband and I had a fantastic time at the house with our dogs. We were able to escape the hustle and bustle and just RELAX for the week. The pool and pool area are perfect. I’m so glad that the pool is screened in, because mosquitoes love me 🙄 It was also such a quick trip to the beach, downtown, and a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. We thought we’d go to the beach nearby a bunch, but we so enjoyed our time in the house/pool that we stayed put and really made the most of the property. Thomas is super responsive and communicative. He reached out when part of the city had lost power, just to keep us in the loop (although thankfully we had power!). It was all lovely.

Loved our stay at the house! Close to the beach, gave teenagers some freedom to take the bikes to the beach and for donuts. Pool was incredible after a long day in the sun, AND a great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the am. Would absolutely rent again! Thanks THOMAS!

101 Street Home

My family spent 3 days in the northern Naples area to explore. This house was absolutely wonderful. Everything's updated and like brand new. The pool and hot tub were a definite plus in both operated perfectly. You just 2 miles away from Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. Your also less than one mile from all the restaurants and shopping at The Mercado Mall. Fantastic bonus is there's a bar called North Naples Country Club oneblock away with great food, drinks and Karaoke. A very easy walk and no driving needed after vacation drinks. This house is worth every penny it's renting for. Property manager was exceptional. So helpful and kind to us. Will be back soon!

Our trip requires a good place to rest after long days visiting family. You will find this property absolutely clean and organized. Thomas is a great host and stayed in communication with us. Lots of fun equipment in the garage which we could only look at and say maybe next time!

Great property and location. Work & play!

Great location. Walking/biking distance to beaches and restaurants. Groceries are less than 5 min away. My kids were off school but I needed to work so I set up at the desk in the bedroom to work and could have the sliding door open to listen to the fun. They are teens so also biked the neighborhood and to the beach during the day. Lots of towels and beach toys. The backyard is absolutely amazing with the outdoor living room and large table where you could enjoy a meal. We had a few things at the house we needed help with and someone was there within an hour to assist. Looking forward to staying here again!
