Overall Satisfactory

The villa was very clean and well presented, the bedrooms were all well presented with lots of hanging space to use, the furniture was in good condition, the pool a great size and outdoor space gave lots of seating options. We did however have some disappointments which majorly was the air conditioning not working in the three smaller bedrooms, the kitchen lacked equipment and the bicycles were broken

Peaceful Retreat

Although we were there on business with our youth sporting event, coming back to your home was our peaceful getaway and felt like home. We really enjoyed our stay. There is 2 things I would like to share. First…we are a group of 45 year of age & up. Foam or soft mattress didn’t sleep that well for us. Yes that’s a personal choice, but sometimes would good to know in the details of the rooms. Second…wash the towels at the end of the stay. My family brings our own towels just cause of this reason. We don’t trust that other guest will clean/wash towels properly. We feel, this should be done by your cleaning crew. Again we love our stay & will consider your properties in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great. It was close enough to the beach. The house was clean and perfect for our size family including our dog. Would stay here again! Definitely!

Great central location to explore Naples and the Everglades

Family holiday with sons and daughters . Really straight forward booking , excellent communication with owners and property was very well maintained and presented . Quiet location but well placed to explore the area .

Peaceful Retreat

Spacious and deluxe was our experience. We loved the security of the gated community and the obvious pride of ownership in our property. Decorating was tasteful and appealing. Everything we needed to cook was provided and really loved the abundent towels.We used all the different dining options but especially loved eating outside poolside. Can not wait to return.

Great Golf Vacation!

This property was perfect for our golf holiday on the Gulf Coast of Florida. We have rented in this area many times in the past, and we knew that Briarwood is a great neighborhood. The home provided all of the space that we needed, and the anppliances and furnishings were among the very best we have ever had. The home is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We would gladly schedule a return visit when next we plan a golf holiday there on the Gulf Coast.

The home was exactly as photographed and described. Everything was clean and new. Ample linens and fluffy towels! Kim and Nicole were very accommodating and answered all questions and addressed a minor issue regarding pool heat! I feel Nicole went above and beyond to help us out! Great stay, great neighborhood and great property managers!
