A five-minute walk brings you to Piazza del Plebiscito and the prestigious Teatro San Carlo, while the famous shopping and strolling street, Via Roma (Via Toledo), is just beyond. Molo Beverello can also be reached in about fifteen minutes.



The home is spacious and bright, featuring two bathrooms (one on the mezzanine) and a fully equipped kitchen. All spaces are designed for comfort and convenience, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and an elevator available.
