- Guests have access to the entire house, garage, hot tub, and property. The house has an attached casita which is the housekeeping quarters. That casita does not have access to the main house, backyard, or hot tub. There is an RV parked there that is occasionally occupied by the homeowner, but it is not connected to the backyard or home. Guests will have full privacy in the fenced backyard.
- Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device or when the video doorbell button is pressed
