Dream villa lives up to its name

The place is really clean and behind a gate. We were there to relax and boy did this place deliver. Speakers built in that play in every room but a volume knob in each room if you don’t want to hear music it there. Fans and lights on the huge lanai make sitting out in the Florida heat enjoyable. The pool and spa were utilized each day and most nights. The pool is heated to a specified temp but you can pay to have it heated even more. There are bikes to ride and beach chairs and umbrella to use. Rachel the property manager is very polite and wants to make your stay a positive experience. Check in was really easy then we did a walk through over the phone where she answered all questions I had. I texted her throughout my stay with questions I had and she was very attentive in getting back to me.

Luxury at it's finest!

I've done many rentals in this area of Naples while my daughter was a student at Ave Maria and hands down this was the VERY BEST one we've stayed at. It had plenty of room for our family and it had everything we needed!

What you see is what you get. Simply a great property!

Everything from the pictures to the description of the property are 100% accurate. The house was super clean and is an amazing property. From the entrance gate to the large lot, perfect pool and lanai area, to the large open floor plan, we enjoyed our stay so much here! The owner and property manager are super friendly and punctual with any questions you may have. We would absolutely stay here again when in the Naples area. Highly recommend!!!

beautiful property

The place was beautiful. It was a little farther out to the center of Naples but we still managed to get around. I would comment that the one thing I would have them look into is a railing for the pool. It would definitely add more security entering and exiting the pool. I had just had a total knee replacement and it was difficult getting out of the last step. Other then that kitchen well equipped and we had a nice relaxing time.

Villa Happiness-appropriately named

We are concluding a 13 night stay at this lovey, peaceful property. Its location is approximately 25 minutes from the beach. Perfect for us. Plenty of grocery choices, excellent restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. The home is well appointed with a pool and hot tub within an enclosed lanai. We spent much time outside. Indoors was wonderfully comfortable with a well appointed kitchen and plenty of social areas (including a billiards table). My husband needed to conduct business while he was here and the office area and internet was exceptional. He was very pleased. The management firm rep, Rachel made the check in (and out) easy and professional. She provided a walk-through providing the necessary information needed for our stay along with the ability to contact her if we needed anything. We were very happy with our choice to stay at this property and will do so again if traveling to Naples.

Nice private home with everything you need for an extended stay

We thouroughly enhoyed our stay here. Everything was clean upon arrival and the home was just as described in the listing photos. Plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. The pool and large master shower were fantastic. Our only complaints were the very firm king bed in the master suite. I know some people like this, but it is certainly much firmer than any "typical" hotel bed. An optional foam topper might be a good investment. Second, the home instructions were a confusing mix of english and german. There were some pages in german that did not have corresponding english and it was overall just very confusing. Overall though, great stay and we would come back anytime!

A luxurious property, one to return to.

A Luxurious retreat with outstanding 'kerb appeal'. The house is everything that one is hoping for; Immaculately clean, tidy and efficient with all the kitchen equipment needed. The pool and spa heated quickly and made for a very pleasant end to each day. Situated on a quiet road but amid the prevailing sound of traffic which is now the hallmark of once quiet Naples. It was particularly noticeable during morning and afternoon rush hours. We were lucky to see a deer and fawn in the 'natural Florida' at the end of the yard, plus a northern flicker nesting in the trunk of a sable palm adjacent to the lanai. An excellent rental! Rachel, the house manager is so pleasant and responsive that it adds much to the pleasure of the vacation.

Beautiful home!

We come to Naples a couple times a year and this was one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at. It is very private and intimate with everything you could think of. Rachel was very easy to communicate with and we had no problems during our stay. The pool area was by far the highlight of our trip. We will definitely be back!

A Bit Disappointed

While the home and property are beautiful, we did have some issues during our stay. The internet's not the best, even with a couple links to pick from. The slow internet caused the streaming TV's to periodically skip and freeze. But our big disappointment was the pool. We specifically wanted a home with a pool, and payed extra to have it heated. Unfortunately we lost the use of the pool for 4 days because of a green algae problem. Rachel (the property manager) tried her best to get the problem fixed, but the owner's pool service didn't seem to care or know what they were doing. I've owned a pool for 30+ years, and know if the problem was handled properly it would have been fixed in 12-24 hours.

Beautiful estate.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Happiness. The house is luxurious, spacious and very clean. It has a high end kitchen with everything you need, an amazing master suite and the pool area is perfect for spending time outside. We really appreciated the uncomplicated and prompt communication with the owners. Especially great was Rachel, who has been on site at check in and was always ready to help when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this home to our friends.

Absolutely beautiful home

Upon arriving it was a very simple check in. The house was absolutely gorgeous and honestly offered more amenities than any other home I have ever stayed in, believe me when I say we vacation a lot lol. The response from the caretaker of the home was nothing less than amazing that is for sure. There are only two things, I would definitely post on the listing and not just in the contract. That to have the heater on for the pool and hot tub is an extra $100.00 which I was happy to pay but that should be paid with the cost of the house up front. And due to the house being on well water the inside water to the home is yellow. But they do have a separate tiny faucet for at least for filtered water. But we were too uncomfortable to take actual baths due to the water coloration. So it was showers all week for us :). But outside that this was truly one of the best homes we have ever visited. It had an amazing yard with beautiful views anyone would truly be blessed to stay in this gorgeous home.

Tranquil Oasis

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at rural esates! The house was perfectly equipped for simply lounging by the pool or day trips to the near by gulf coast beaches. The owners thought of every comfort of a home away from home! The bluetooth speaker system was an added bonus enjoying music poolside or while relaxing in the hot tub or playing a game of pool. A tropical oasis of luscious greener surrounds the property on all sides providing all the privacy of an island. We enjoyed beach days at Delanor-Wiggins Beach, Sanibel Island, Tigertail Beach, and Barefoot Beach and thanks to the many amenities offered we had all the accessories and equipment available to us at rural estates. Rachel, the property manager, was available at a moments notice for any needs and quickly answered any questions and addressed every concern promptly! This home will be a tranquil oasis for any family vacation!

Great Stay In Naples

Very nice place and very enjoyable stay. Everything was great about the place especially Rachel who was always available and made our stay even more enjoyable. I was a little concerned about distance to beaches and downtown Naples but roads are well done and provide excellent access.

Beautiful property! Loved the pool and the house it was super comfortable!

This house is even better than the pictures! We had so much fun in the pool, Jacuzzi and also playing pool and ping-pong. Master wing is gorgeous! Loved hooking our music up to the Bluetooth speakers that were even out in the pool area. Everything was very clean and there were plenty of towels and kitchen items. It’s about a 25 to 30 minute drive to the beaches but it’s well worth the drive to stay in a house like this for such a reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Naples Florida at Villa Happiness. The home was better than the pictures. We were close to several beaches and shopping. Calm Pass and Vanderbilt beaches were our favorite. The owners were great with communicating.

We stayed in this house for a little over a week. We were on a family vacation with our 2 adult children. This house is exactly as it is described in the listing. It was very clean as well. The pictures are spot on. Very well laid out home in a quiet neighborhood. We saw the neighbors only a few times. The backyard pool area was a real hit with the family. That is where we spent most of our time. The master bedroom is awesome. There is nothing lacking here. Kitchen is stocked very well with good appliances. Communication with Rachel was clear. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. We would definitely book this house again.
