It is a beautiful property! We go to Briarwood every February for a week, and have so for the last 5 years. This was the cleanest property we have stayed at and it was beautifully decorated! Everything you need was at the property, to include pool toys, beach chairs and towels, toiletries, spices, and more! Unfortunately, this property has already been booked for next February or we would have booked it for next year! Too bad the owners don't give you the 1st right of refusal for the next year! All in all, we had a wonderful time, and will be returning to Briarwood next year! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home!

Naples Thanksgiving Trip

We have stayed in Florida Villas - and in Briarwood many times. There is usually some kind of problem like the pool heat not working and it takes much effort to get anything sorted out. This owner is excellent with attention to detail. The house was very clean and very well stocked and maintained. Everything worked! He was also easily contactable which is unusual with a holiday rental and very reassuring. This was our second visit to this house and as before we had a wonderful week.

Beautiful, Relaxing Stay

My husband and I took his sister and his 89-year-old mother to see his brother and wife for the first time in 20 years. The location of the home was perfect for everything that we wanted to do and go see. Everything in the house was extremely clean and so well stocked that we could not believe it. The kitchen was stocked better than any other kitchen we have ever had. From water, to Cola, coffee and even some snacks. They even had a bottle of wine for us, with other complementary beverages. The bathroom also was stocked incredibly well! They even have bathrobes for all of us to wear. There were so many little extras in the bathroom. There was not one thing that we needed besides our daily food that was not already there. They even had a washer and dryer with laundry soap for us to use. They had many pool toys and pool noodles and such for us to use. They also had two bicycles in the garage for us to use. Unfortunately, the pump did not work to pump up the tires so we were not able to use the bikes but, when we told them about the pump. They immediately ordered a new one and had it shipped to the house. . We will definitely come back to this house and stay again, as well as recommended to everybody that we know that wants to visit Naples. The pool was beautiful, clean, warm, with plenty of lounge, chairs, and seating. The decorations in the house were also quite lovely. they have an extensive selection of books also to read if you would like.

Perfect Family Getaway

We spent a week at Sandra and Bob’s rental property and won’t be able to do it justice with this review. The house is beautifully decorated and in immaculate condition. Sandra and Bob have thought of absolutely everything. Prior to arriving they communicated all of the details needed to get to/access the property and upon arrival there was a very thorough and detailed Welcome Guide. They labeled absolutely every remote, light and fan switch so there was no guessing what switch does what. They even provided every amenity you can think of from paper towels, coffee pods, condiments and spices to shampoo, soap, body wash, laundry detergent and even a bottle of wine. Before we arrived we asked if we could potentially check in early as we would be landing mid morning. Without hesitation, they said it was not an issue at all and generously offered to enable the access code for 9am- at no additional charge! For us, that alone was worth a 5-star review. Sandra and Bob truly made this one of the most seamless, comfortable and enjoyable experiences and we can’t wait to come back and stay here again! Thank you, Sandra and Bob, for a perfect family getaway!

Far Exceeded Expectations

Villa Gordian far exceeded our expectations. The big things we look for in a rental property are 1. Cleanliness 2. Well kept (doesn’t feel old or have broken or dinged up “stuff”) 3. Comfortable beds. This place has it all. Everything in the house was extremely clean, fresh and new feeling. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need to cook a meal. Plenty of nice small appliances as well. The complimentary coffee, Nespresso, tea and spices was also very nice. Beds; super comfortable. The pool looks out into a wooded area. And while there are neighbors to the left and right, it felt like you were in a secluded property. Well-appointed with beach equipment (chairs, coolers, toys, games, umbrellas, etc.). The master bath walk in shower was great. 10 out of 10. Would stay here a again in a heartbeat.

Villa Gordian, Naples: A Slice of Paradise!

Villa Gordian in Naples was everything the property description promised and more! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything we needed for a perfect stay. Previous reviewers weren't wrong when they said this was the best VRBO they’ve experienced—I wholeheartedly agree! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the property itself was spacious and inviting. The pool was a standout feature—we spent countless hours lounging and splashing around. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, with minimal requests from the hosts, which made our stay even more relaxing. I especially appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of basic items such as toilet paper, paper towels, beach chairs, and pool floats. It's always a relief not having to make an immediate run to the store upon arrival, unlike other VRBOs we’ve stayed at. Located in a gated community with friendly guards, the villa was easy to access and close to beaches, restaurants, shops, and various attractions(10-15 minutes) The small premium for such a clean, luxurious property with all the necessary amenities was well worth it. The owners were fantastic—very communicative and easy to reach. They provided a helpful binder filled with answers to nearly every question, along with directions for using the home's features and highlighting Naples' top spots. I highly recommend Villa Gordian for your Naples getaway. Just do me a favor—don’t book it for when I want to return to it, wink, wink :)

Beautiful Naples Home

We enjoyed our week-long stay at Villa Gordian in Naples. Thank you, Bob and Sandra, for being such generous hosts. We appreciated your help finding a local beach with convenient parking--the Naples Pier is just a 20-minute drive. The house is very clean (meets my picky standards) with comfortable beds, a lovely pool and a very well-stocked kitchen. This is one of the best properties I have rented on VRBO. Highly recommend!

Safe, clean and fully stocked!

This one of the best, if not the best, VRBO that we have visited. It is in a safe, gated community with security personnel at the gate. The property grounds and units are immaculate and it is situated in a large complex. The house is detached with its own garage. It is very clean with all furniture in excellent condition. Very little, if anything, appeared to be worn or damaged. It is very spacious with two King bedrooms and another Double (beds) bedroom. There are two bathrooms with allowed each couple (in our group) to have their own. There was no noise at night including traffic. The check-in process was seamless and very well explained including directions to the complex and the unit. The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay except for food and consumables. All spices, utensils, sharp knives, bath robes, beach furniture, coffee makers, batteries and tools were there. It was as if we had moved our own house to Florida and added a pool for 12 days. As an example, there was enough toilet paper to last our entire stay. All instructions for the pool, house, air conditioning etc. were detailed in a clear binder inside the unit. The checkout procedure was there and we were emailed a friendly reminder prior to leaving. The hosts are very responsive and can be reached through VRBO or by text/email. For context, we stayed there with another couple. Four of us in total and all between the ages of 50-65. Excellent choice for a stay in Naples, Florida!

Naples Home Review

This is a fantastic property to rent for a get-away! All you need to bring are your clothes. The Gated Community provides a complete sense of security, and the location is fantastic for Naples. They provide ALL the essentials from toiletries to kitchen to playing on the sun! Very clean and convenient - I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for peace and quiet while relaxing in the sun.

A wonderful home base

With a family of 4, this was a great place to stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and kept up well. The kitchen was well stocked and functional. Bedrooms were clean and spacious. We enjoyed keeping up with March Madness in the comfortable living room. The pool was the star of the stay. We couldn't keep the kids out of it. It was warm and big enough to have some fun. The giant sliding door was a real treat to enjoy the weather. The location was great for us. Minutes to the ocean and minutes to I75 for further travels. Thank you having us, we appreciate it. Great time - location a bit far out

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very well taken care of and very well-stocked. Maybe even a bit too well stocked! :-) The place had every kitchen gadget imaginable but not room for our food items. Similar in the bathrooms, no room for our toiletries, etc. But very nice home. We enjoyed the heated pool, beach chairs, etc. The neighborhood is cute with enormous palm trees lining the sidewalks. Neighbors were all friendly. Nice spot - just a little too far from the beaches and shopping areas.

Absolutely Incredible!

My family and I are well travelled and have stayed at many hotels and vrbo etc... I can truly say that this was by far THE BEST place we have ever stayed at! I've never seen a vrbo more organized and well stocked as this one. It was actually refreshing. It felt like the owners truly thought of all your vacation needs and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The home itself is beautiful. We spent most of our time in the pool area, as our boys did not want to get out of the pool! There were plenty of pool toys that they enjoyed as well. It is very peaceful with no rear neighbors and wonderful landscaping. Plenty of space inside with 3 bedrooms, 2 Baths, Living and dining area - but we usually ate outside in the pool area as it was convenient when everyone was swimming. Large fully stocked kitchen - nothing was missing! The neighborhood is very peaceful and you can tell there is a pride of ownership throughout. It is in a gated community (apparently one of the only gated communities in Naples that allows vrbo's). Since most in the neighborhood are not vacationing, there is a noise curfew by 10pm, so if you are planning to be up all night blaring music and partying, this isn't the place for you. If, like us, you have younger kids who will be exhausted by late evening and ready for bed, and are looking for a peaceful, perfect getaway - do not hesitate to book this gorgeous home! We did use the community basketball courts a few times, but we did drive there as walking there was quite far. There was a playground as well that one of my boys enjoyed. We didn't use the community pool as we had our own, but it was large. Location is perfect and centrally located, although you do need a car to get around. Very easy drive to everything from 5th avenue, the beach and to Mercato, restaurants, groceries and everything else. We spent a month travelling throughout Florida, and this was our first stop. My one mistake was that I did not book this last on our trip - as all our stays after that did not compare! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful property for a stay in Naples

The property is the most well supplied and clean VRBO rental I have ever rented over the years. The property was as great as the pictures and then some. It was very clean and in a great location in a safe gated community. The property owners were terrific too. They responded quickly to my questions prior to and even as I lived there. We even had thick robes for our use! Amazing! We are so glad we rented here and we look forward to returning.

Luxurious Naples home with tons of ammenities

We stayed in this property for Thanksgiving of 2022. The house is beautiful with tasteful furnishings, a gourmet kitchen with extra appliances, and a beautiful pool and lanai area. Our hosts Bob and Sandra provided superb communication through every aspect of our stay. Any minor problems that we did encounter were immediately handled by our gracious hosts. As a family on vacation in Naples for a week, we also made good use of the community park as we used the basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts. All recreational equipment like tennis raquets, balls, pickleball gear, and basketball and volleyball were waiting for us in the garage and available for our use. I was very impressed with this property and the management and handling of our stay by our hosts. I would want to return and stay at this home again in the future.
