Two years in a row, it gets better every year, find everything easy to get to relaxing right away, Chris has thought about our needs ahead. The pool is one of the best kept and inviting pools, the temp is warmed perfectly. We are seniors and find staying there very convenient. Thank you Chris, we want to come again.

We had six wonderful days in Naples. The property is located in Naples Park and it's a beautiful places to live. The house is very well located to the Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park (5 minutes away – there is a charge for visiting the beach). A beautiful beach with no large hotels or other tall buildings nearby.There are several shopping centres (Walmart 5 minutes away) and outlets (Miromar 20 minutes away) nearby.The house is very well equipped with everything you need for daily life. The pool with its mosquito net is perfect for swimming (in the morning or evening – wonderful). The area is very quiet and there is almost no traffic on the neighbourhood streets.We would book there again in a heartbeat if the world didn't offer other beautiful places to stay.The only downside is the gas grill... it's getting on in years and should be replaced. Our BBQ was a challenge with these low temperatures.

The perfect family vacation

Spent the week with all 4 of my kids (two now adults living in Florida) and this home was perfect! So close to the beach and shopping, well stocked, fantastic owners, great communication, awesome amenities, super clean, great neighborhood, clear and easy instructions. Quiet private and relaxing

I loved Vanderbilt beach and the house was so close to the beach . No hotel . A private place to stay with my 3 grandchildren. I loved how clean it was . Loved the pool. Everything was perfect!!!

Location, Location, Location!

The location of the residence was incredible—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Every morning, we biked to the beach with the backpack chairs provided by the host. The house was clean, and the pool and hot tub were definite bonuses. The host was responsive and promptly addressed any needs. My only recommendation would be to organize the kitchen cupboards a bit better. We look forward to future stays.

It was okay

First off it has “hot tub” in the title of the home description, but you have to pay for the hot tub heat. The hot tub heat comes with pool heat owner said would be 103 and 88 but the pool can never get to 88 It is heated by the hot tub so as soon as you heat the pool the hot tub gets cold. Owner was not helpful on this and did not preheat it for our arrival. Missed a whole day of use for hot tub and never used pool. Every fan in the house if broken. Can only have on full blast and can’t just use ceiling lights. The bikes are all old and barely work and there were no screens in windows to open them. Disappointing for what we paid pool heat. Location is close to beach but still a 30 min walk. (About a mile from door to sand)

Great spot for a family getaway!

Location is great. Size was awesome for the five of us. The pool and spa were very nice to have in the evenings. One of the pluses to this property was the attention to smaller details like having laundry and cleaning supplies, plenty of beach towels and gear, simple stuff for the kitchen (ie foil) that you don’t want to buy while traveling but some rentals don’t have. Really worked perfectly for our family over the holiday.

Great place great location!

We stayed here for a week in November. It has a great pool & hot tub, and it was the perfect size for us. It's only a 10 or 15 walk to the beach, and close to a supermarket & a ton of restaurants. Downtown Naples is about a 20 minute drive. CorkscSanctrew uary is about a 30 minute drive.
