We stayed with the 2 of us and 2 young dogs. The property worked well for us. Space was good. We were able to have others for dinner. Kitchen was a bit sparse in pots & pans department. Outside grilling & dining area was good. Heated pool would have been a great aside.

Rating: 4/5Overall, we had a great stay! The home was in a fantastic location and the size was just right for four adults. The management company was very responsive and answered our questions promptly, which we really appreciated.The only reason we’re giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the cleanliness, which didn’t quite meet the expectations of one member of our group who is extremely particular about that aspect. That said, it might not be an issue for most guests.All in all, a solid stay and we would recommend this property to others.

Good Communication

The house was clean. Had a slight issue with the hot water in the guest bath and it was resolved easily. Communications with the property manager and agent were easy and prompt. The pool area is wonderful. FYI - The seating arrangements are sparse and odd if you have more than 4 people in the house. One small sofa, 2 chairs. The dining table seats 4 and only 4. The areas and rooms are spacious.

Cute house with private pool

We had a nice stay here. Fenced yard was nice and private for pool time and safe for dogs to play. Neighborhood was quiet safe area for walls. Plenty of towels in closet. We would stay here again.

Part Work Part Play Trip

Overall, the house was a nice place to stay. Was nice that we were able to bring the pups with us while we were on this trip. There were some definite pros and cons to the place. We both were able to work remotely although there really isn't a desk space to work from. Husband worked at kitchen table and I had to makeshift a desk using the bed and board for a desk for my laptop and 2 monitors in the second bedroom. The cleaning could be better as there were spider webs behind furniture, one of the chairs in the living room has a bent leg that will break if someone sits in it, the bedroom furniture needs to be replaced as they are worn out. The pool was such a nice thing to have and we did use it as much as we could. It did stink because of the rain we were constantly having to clean it to get the leaves out. The picture does show a couch set with patio table which is pretty nice and clean. The lounge chairs are really nasty and have not been cleaned. They have stains on them. Someone moved them under the trees hanging from the neighbors fence which needs to be trimmed back. Wouldn't touch those lounge chairs at all. The BBQ pit was dirty so we had to clean it before we even used it. Would have been nice to have a leaf blower to use to get the leaves off the patio and away from the pool. Due to no leaf blower and a cheap dollar store broom we constantly tracked dirt and leaves into the house and the dogs did as well. We borrowed a vacuum to keep us with it.

Good location

Neighborhood was a little run down but still felt safe and close to good restaurants , beach, etc. the pool was a great option for cooling off and lounging. The management company was amazing with their info and responses. Highly recommend the Mike Z team!!!

Although the weather was not the best the location and convenance of this house was great. We actually got in the pool a few times, cold but it was fun. The back yard is very comfortable to hang around in and the inside is decorated perfectly. We will be back :)

great alternative to hotel for athletic event

2 adults and 2 teens for athletic tournament stay, team stayed at nearby hotel and we were thankful to have space vs hotel. Pool was too cold to swim in, but we were expecting that as it isn't heated. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Only complaint is the dog hair- it was everywhere. We travel with our dog a lot and have never stayed somewhere that had this amount of hair. If it was cleaned better, or even had an accessible sweeper I would have swept it up myself and left a better overall review. Otherwise the location was nice and easy, and the house was great. Check in was perfect and they even made sure we didn't need anything on the day we checked in which was a holiday, so we appreciate the property management.

Plumming bad draino in the vanity

Bad experience with this property because after the first day or so the toilets backed up and flooded the back room.. the owner is trying to tell me we flushed paper towels.. all the people at house own houses and know not to do that it’s common sense.. we had to leave and get hotel down the street.. they told me after hanging up on me at 11 at night that they would get there tomorrow??!! With no toilets.. nice!!had to throw out 300 in food and get hotel I want all my money back since I wasted money on food and paid more for hotel than the house!!

We really enjoyed our stay!! The pool was the best part. I could hardly get my kids out of it! The home has been updated, and is very nice! We took advantage of the washer and dryer since we packed light. We spent most of our time on the back patio around the pool during the day, and in the big living room at night. The only faults we could find was the master shower pressure was very light, and the walls in the kids bedroom needs a wash. But, those are very minor things we could live with in this beautiful home!
