We rented for a month. Cons: When we arrived we were not given the code for the front gate so had to wait until another car entered and then race through the gate to get in. The unit was clean but the furniture and kitchen was old. We had to purchase a new coffee maker because the unit had a small 5 cup old coffee maker and Keurig. We also had to buy pans because the ones provided.were small and not in good shape. The fridge has rust on the side and the ice maker made one giant ice cube a day. The master closet was full of personal items, some of which we had to move to the den to hang our clothes.The guest toilet would not refill/flush properly. We did call and they sent a maintenance person who told us that it worked fine. We had to take the lid off and hold the refill if we used it. The unit is on a golf hole and the highway. You can see I-75 from the lanai and there is highway noise. We were not notified that the golf course grass was being killed two weeks into our stay. Unplayable. Pros: The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. The master bath was nice, great shower. Walk to nearby pool was convenient. Cypress Woods is amazing. Eight new pickleball courts and golf was nice before they sprayed the course with ROUND-UP. Clubhouse had great food and the people we met were amazing. Overall a great place to vacation but wish the unit was more updated and maintained and away from highway.
