Great stay for the whole family! We came to support my nephew for a football combine. We had a great time with the other kids and were able to make it a vacation as well! The house was very clean and had everything you need for the pool and beach. I would most definitely book this house again if we were to travel back into the area!

Lovely home

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spacious enough for our entire group, and the kids absolutely loved the swimming pool in the backyard. The location was super convenient, right off the main street and easy to find. We also loved how cozy and beautifully decorated the house was. Everything was just perfect!

Very relaxing and comfortable stay

We enjoyed the house and pool. The house was spacious and the rooms and beds were comfortable. The house is stocked for fun in the pool or at the beach. If your kids like to fish there are two neighborhood ponds for good fishing. Neighborhood and clubhouse were nice as well.

Great location

This is a great neighborhood. An added bonus is having the key to the clubhouse, which has a small weight room, pool, sauna, and tennis/Pickleball courts. Our group took many walks around the neighborhood. The beach is a short drive as well as many restaurants. The house was clean and looked just like the pictures.

Wonderful Host

Ivan was great! We would recommend staying at his place. Only downside was the floors were pretty dirty. Great access to Publix and a few restaurants. Beach was about 20 minutes depending upon traffic. Probably the best host you can find!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay in this super cute home! The house is well maintained and plenty spacious. The heated pool was perfect. The beautiful lanai made indoor/outdoor living very enjoyable. Close to everything Naples has to offer. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect Location for Sports Family

My family and I traveled to Naples for our daughter's Field Hockey tournament over Thanksgiving weekend. The house was perfectly located to get to beach, Paradise Coast Sports Complex, shopping and restaurants all under 15 minutes away! Ivan was extremely communicative, and the house was well stocked with essentials for cooking and cleaning. Lots of beach and bathroom towels which was huge for our party of 9! Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Family Retreat!

We had a fantastic time during our week at Ivan’s property in Naples! The house has a very Zen feel and is perfect for a family retreat. It is beautifully maintained, in soothing colors of blue and white, with a lovely in-ground pool in a quiet setting surrounded by tropical landscaping. Our adult children and grandkids loved swimming in the backyard pool and playing all the games left for us to enjoy. The property is super quiet and safe promoting a very peaceful feeling. The 3 king bedrooms and 1 double-twin have very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The A/C and ceiling fans in each room kept the house cool throughout the day and night. The kitchen is fully stocked and the open floor plan was great for evenings in. The location can’t be beat with a 15 minute drive to shopping, restaurants on 5th and Waterside, the zoo, mini-golf, botanical gardens, boat dock on Danford and gorgeous beaches. Our host Ivan was always available to answer questions and very personable and professional. We often use VRBO to rent houses, but rarely return to the same house because the attraction just isn’t strong enough. We unanimously agree that this property is pulling us back in and we will return!

Awesome rental in Naples!

We had a wonderful week-long stay with our family of 5 at this property in the Naples area. We especially enjoyed the home's outdoor area with its screened in patio enclosure and heated pool. The property is a relatively short drive from various stores, restaurants, and the beach. The property owner was very communicative, checking in to make sure all was going well, and was readily available via text if ever needed. We would highly recommend this property to others.

Vacation

Ivan was great to work with, very quick at responding to all of my messages and taking care of any questions I had. The pool was fabulous, since we were there in February we paid for pool heat, which was definitely worth it!! Bedrooms were awesome with the king size beds, dining area was great for breakfast and lunches with the family! My only change would be for a new couch in the living room!

Very Large Clean Rental Home in Nice Neighborhood

Nice unclutered rental with multiple dining spaces and nice decor. The large heated pool was a major feature, albeit heated at a significant surcharge. Outdoor furniture and plentiful pool accessories could use an update but were all functional. Rusty barbeque grates were almost immediately replaced by Ivan, the very responsive manager. Not too much within walking distance but a Publix and a few restaurants just a mile down the road. Old Naples, Botanical Garden and Celebration Park only a 10-15 minute drive. Overall a great place to entertain friends and family.

Amazing vacation

The house is very specious, all bedrooms are big, with comfortable king size beds, lots of space in the lanai and even office room. The pool is amazing. This year the weather was cooler than usual and pool was the place where kids and adults enjoyed to swim and play. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was very efficient and easy. Thank you Ivan for sharing your beautiful house with us. We would be happy to come back next year.

We had ten in our party and were very comfortable. Three kids swam everyday in the private pool. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Location is great, close to church, shopping mall, many restaurants. Short drive to Fifth Ave and the Gulf. Thanks Ivan, for sharing your home.

Perfect Family Home

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful, clean, very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the beaches and other must-see places in Naples. It had everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed the pool, most especially the kids. Ivan was an amazing host, very nice and accessible. He had noted he would be out of the country during the week of our stay but we did not have any problem at all reaching him when we had a question. We will no doubt stay here again next time we're in Naples and we're also recommending to our friends. Thank you, Ivan!

Perfect for a family

This house was the perfect vacation rental for our family of 6! It was just a short drive to the beautiful beaches and surrounded by a great variety of restaurants! Ivan was simply amazing with great lines of communication. The house is spacious and the pool is perfect.
