Very enjoyable

We very much liked the property. We liked the enclosed patio and TVs in all major rooms. We liked the convenience to the pool and tennis courts. I like to jog so the area roads within the tennis center was ideal for that. We also liked the proximity to Publix, restaurants, etc. Thank you.

Naples stay

Several things need to be addressed. Baby items provided could not be used. They were filthy. I ended up renting the items from a local company. Washing machine settings didn’t work. Bikes were old and rusty. I thought the community would be nicer for the price

Just what we needed

The location for us was perfect as we were visiting friends in nearby grayhawk. Good tvs, comfortable bedroom. Had everything we needed. Check in was super easy as was check out. We would stay again.

Great Experience!!!

First time at this location and I couldn't be happier! Owner was responsive, place was modern, clean and flush with amenities. I travel for work a lot and this was perfect for me to get back and forth to work with all of the comforts of home. I brought my wife down for 4 days and she appreciated the well appointed space. Alexander is an outstanding host and someone I will be looking to rent with in the future.

Very nice experience

Worked for us!

Stayed a week March '24. Very comfortable beds. A/C worked well. Nice chairs and towels for beach. There is a nice adjustable basketball hoop onsite that my teens LOVED. Court is a square, about 35x35 feet and fully lined. Lots of tennis courts, but while playing some Karen complained my son and I had no shirts on in 88 degree weather. Pool 0.2 mile walk, can't drive to it nbd just FYI. Pool service Mon starts 4pm, 1pm other weekdays. 2nd bedroom is two singles, one with a trundle. Alex was very responsive to needs, he has a guy in the community for things like wifi didn't work when we arrived (a switch was turned off), cable we couldn't figure out (app is PC). One FYI - the dryer does not dry very well, even after we emptied the water reservoir. We ended up hanging clothes to dry in the patio area. We ran out of toilet paper, be sure to check that. Gym by pool is like a small hotel gym. Nice locker room. We went to LA Fitness for $20 a day on a rain day that worked very well.

Getaway to Naples

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks in Feb and it was wonderful. The property is recently remodeled and very clean. The pool and tennis courts are a short walk. Alex was great to work with and answered all my questions promptly.

Perfect Florida rental

My family and I spent a month at this property and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed for a young family, and the host was contactable and helpful. It’s in a pleasant quiet neighborhood, and it’s an easy walk to the pool. Would recommend it to others!

Great price and beautiful condo!

The condo was beautiful and clean. The property owner also provided plenty of towels. The neighborhood was safe, and they were even upgrading the roads which made for very smooth roller skating. The property is about a 13 minute drive from the nearest public beach. The beaches were very clean and not crowded at all. The only downside to the property was the washer and drier were small and very loud, but everything else was great!
