Absolutely wonderful property. House is outfitted with everything you need. Johnny the owner was a delight to work with. Location is very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Everything was perfect, look forward to going back!

Perfect Stay

This house was incredibly comfortable… everything felt new, clean, and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, there were multiple detergent options for the washing machine, and plenty of pool toys and beach towels were available.The beds and couch were super comfy, and the pool was perfectly heated and private thanks to the beautiful, lush landscaping.Location-wise, it couldn’t be more convenient. We were just minutes from all the restaurants we wanted to try, errands were a breeze, and the beach was a quick drive away. It only took us 9 minutes to get to Mercato in North Naples!A bottle of wine was waiting for us upon arrival and the owner was very responsive. Truly the best rental we’ve ever booked. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home near the beach!

My family and I stayed here for a week after this past Christmas. It was ourselves and 5 children (ages 14, 14, 13, 10, 9). The space worked well for us with the eldest two and youngest two sharing rooms. The bunk room was great for the 14 year olds. All bedrooms except kids bunk room had TVs. Home has large open concept kitchen, living room, family room area that makes great for small family/friend get togethers. Easy access to the beach via short bike ride or ride to public access. We know the area well so were not surprised by the fact a number of homes in the area were destroyed during last few hurricanes. Rebuilding though seems to be on the uptake. A number of lots still for sale nearby. Area also has a number of multi-family/duplex options that are most likely rentals. The proximity to beach and other resources though were enough for us to overlook this and book anyway. The homeowner did a great job remodeling. Everything is clean with modern lines and well thought out. I'd book this spot again. I'm excited to see the area be redeveloped with the increase number of investors and renovations going up in the area. Area was safe and I'd take my family back here again without hesitation. Great spot for a family getaway!

Perfection!

Weve stayed in 10 different VRBO rental homes in southwest Florida over the years. This is the best by far, and the only one I want to return to. It is the cleanest, most well equipped and furnished, and the owner is a great guy. He responds to texts within a minute. We had a problem with the dishwasher on a Sunday and he had a handyman there within a few hours Amazing! The kitchen has high quality cookware, dishes flatware etc., which is very rare in rental homes. The heated pool and lanai are beautiful and there are lots of pool toys and beach towels. Location is close to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. We're already booked for next year.

Comfortable Bonita Home

The home and property are extremely nice with many amenities and everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We really enjoyed riding the bikes to the beach ! Four nice bikes, beach chairs, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings, good location and security spot lights all make this house very attractive. The house is located in a very diversified neighborhood which may be a negative factor for some.

All the amenities you'll need!

This is a beautiful home, located in a convenient area of Bonita Springs, only a mile away from beautiful beaches. The first thing that we noticed when we walked in was how clean the place was! We had 10 people stay here, including 5 granddaughters age 6-12. They spent almost all of their waking hours in the lovely pool! The two sitting areas were great when the kids watched a movie at night in one area, and the adults sat in the other area to visit. Nice linens in bathrooms, plenty of beach towels and pool toys, well stocked kitchen. Johnny, the owner, was always very quick to respond and even reached out during our visit to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend this place for a vacation rental.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful modern property with pool/lanai impeccably maintained. Owners have thought of everything, well equipped with pool toys, towels, beach equipment, and a well stocked kitchen. On a quiet street close to everything about a mile from the beach. Great communication with owners—provided comprehensive details prior to arrival with frequent check-ins during the stay. The house was beautiful, extremely clean and very well equipped. We had our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren with us, ages 1 and 4. They had regular toys, pool toys, beach toys and plenty of floats. They also had a pack and play & high chair. The pool and lanai area were beautiful. You won’t be disappointed with this house and the host was great.

All-Around Five Star

Our stay at Bonita Shores was wonderful. The home is meticulous and clean. The home was well supplied and had everything we needed to make nice dinners! The sitting areas were roomy and comfortable - they easily accommodated our 6’+ sons. Honestly, this rental exceeded our expectations for comfort and ambiance. The pool was lovely. And the location was central and close to the beach. You must rent!

Exceptional Experience

We had to change our plans four days before our vacation when our cruise was cancelled. We were really bummed, but quickly started looking for houses we could book for a week in Florida. We came across this beautiful house, and it was everything we could have imagined. The host was very easy to communicate with, and thought of everything you could possibly need to make it a great stay from board games, beach chairs, and 4 bikes. The house was very clean and the pool was incredible with a close and easy commute to a beautiful beach. We are so grateful to have had the incredible experience we did when our plans had to change last minute. Thank you Johnny!

Great rental

Could not be a better place to rent. The house is better than described even! Less than 2 miles to Barefoot Beach, plenty of beach towels, chairs, beach gear clean and in great condition provided. Lovely pool with tons of pool toys and floaties. Home is spotless and in perfect condition. Owner makes the stay extremely enjoyable, is always available if something is needed, and couldn’t be nicer. We would come again 100x over. Couldn’t say enough positive things about this rental.

Impeccable Stay

My family and I had an amazing time at Barefoot Breeze. The rental was beyond our expectations. Johnny was an incredible host. He responded quickly to any of my questions and even allowed us to check in early. The home itself was immaculate and was stocked with everything you could possibly need (towels, plenty of pots and pans, toiletries, bikes, a Bluetooth speaker, games, beach equipment, including beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and beach bags. There was even a juicer and an Instant Pot). There was plenty of space for my family of five (4 adults and one teenager) and the sleeping arrangements could have accommodated a bigger party with ease. Barefoot Breeze is located about a mile away from the beach, Publix was about a five-minute drive, and there are restaurants were within walking distance. The home was exactly how it was pictured online and the amenities were well thought out. We appreciated Johnny’s hospitality and definitely will consider staying at Barefoot Breeze again!

"Everything you could want and more!"

We just returned from a wonderful vacation time at the “Barefoot Breeze”. Everything about this stay was amazing, you literally had everything you could ever need for a perfect beach vacation. It was like a home away from home. The property and location was outstanding, perfect for grocery shopping, dining and beach adventures. It was the perfect place for a family with kids. There was more than enough room for my family of 7 which included my granddaughter (17 months). We didn’t want for anything. Whether we were headed to the beach or spending the day in Naples, the house was well equipped with coolers, beach chairs, beach toys, bikes, pool toys and much much more. When we enjoyed the day relaxing around the house, the kitchen was perfectly equipped for any and all cooking and the pool was a great place to chillax. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and stocked with plenty of linens. I was amazed by the variety of toddler furniture/equipment and TOYS for my granddaughter to entertain herself with all week. The smile on her face all week spoke volumes to the time that we had. Johnny, I can’t say enough about your hospitality. You were an awesome host. You were very responsive, accommodating, and detail orientated with everything that was included in the home. This home definitely has everything you need to fully relax and enjoy your stay; its clean, spacious, well equipped and beautifully maintained. It definitely looked newly updated. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Bonita Springs and I have already recommended this home to my family and friends. Thank you again Johnny for allowing us to stay at your place. We had an awesome vacation. We will be back!

2 weeks of beautiful relaxation and fun!

This house is perfect for your home away from home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for any and all cooking. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and newly remodeled. Everything you need for a beach visit is ready and top notch. The pool and enclosure make the perfect place to relax and cool off. Can’t say enough about Johnny and his home. Definitely would come back in the spring if it wasn’t already booked!
