Our stay was a perfect combination of serenity and activity.
Falling Waters is a beautifully landscaped gated community perfectly located to Naples, Naples Pier, shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. Bang Bang shrimp at the Bonefish Grill 1500 5th avenue south and brunch at Tommy Bahamas on 3rd street are a must! The resort not only has a wide range of amenities but provides a calendar of events/activities in which everyone is invited to participate.
The pool is awesome, never too crowded and only a 10 minute walk. It was ideal for swimming, sunbathing and socializing. Aquafit classes were a lot of fun as was the dip n' dog afternoon. For those who enjoy sports, there are the well maintained areas for tennis, horseshoes, putting and bocce ball.
Bahama Breeze is a nicely decorated, spacious, well designed and well appointed condo with thoughtful extras such as numerous kitchen appliances, a long distance phone plan, bicycles, beach accessories, bar and wine fridges. Matt has thought of everything. We thoroughly enjoyed the lanai where we could relax and listen to the waterfall while enjoying breakfast and dinner or reading, doing crosswords/sudoku and enjoying conversations with family.
We have only positive things to say about Matt....quick response times, courteous, accommodating, efficient. No question or request was considered trivial. Excellent communication via emails and thorough arrival and departure instructions. He was an absolute joy to work with.
