We’ve stayed at this house a few times now. The house has everything you need for a great vacation. Communication is always smooth and everything in order. My only suggestion would be to clean up the garage and pool toys there are many broken toys that no longer work and it’s just clutter. The house is amazing!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property for the third time. Cleanliness of the property was excellent a well stocked kitchen with all the pots and pans, etc., that you needed. The pool is large with a beautiful view of the lake behind it. Briarwood is a wonderful community that is accessible to all local amenities. The owner was easy to work with and any questions were answered quickly and efficiently. It was a beautiful home and we look forward to another stay in Naples in the future.

We had a wonderful time! The house is awesome, in a great neighborhood, and very well equipped. The endless pool was a great added amenity. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would 10/10 recommend this property.

Naples Stay

The property was great. There was plenty for everyone to do from the pool to the Xbox and PlayStation. The kids were entertained as well as the adults. If I go back to Naples I would stay here again!

Great Villa in Naples

This villa is definitely worth 5 stars.My husband puts a lot of time and effort before booking into researching villas, our main considerations being 1) the pool size. 2) facilities within the property and 3) proximity to local attractions/ restaurants.VILLA - As mentioned in other reviews, the villa is very well equipped, it is more spacious than the photos show. All bedrooms being of a good size and the master/ en-suite, which was the only one we used, particularly spacious. There are ample pool and other towels and bedding in each bedroom. The kitchen is very modern with very good equipment, especially the fridge/freezer and other items such as a Keurig type coffee pod machine, Ninja blender etcThere is plenty of cookware, pans, crockery and cutlery etc, including poolside plastic plates & condiments, kitchen roll etc Good strong WiFi, TVs in each room, with a good selection of channel’s, including Netflix and other streaming channel’s including sports (TB Rays/Marlins & MLB) and local selections.THE POOL - VERY NICE. Probably our favourite part of the villa it is large with a great view of the lake.There are 6 padded sun loungers, a large table to seat 6 and a sofa and coffee table. Loads of pool toys and beach equipment etcLOCATION - Briarwood is close to the main Naples area. We found getting to local attractions very quick and easy. ADMIN/ CONTACT WITH OWNER - This was especially efficient, good and appreciated. Jan always responded quickly.

Perfect Family Retreat Home

We loved our stay at this spacious and beautiful home. My husband and I came with my daughter and 17 month old granddaughter to meet her Florida family for the first time. We had great aunts, great uncle, second cousin, and my daughter from Florida come for 2 nights to visit. My parents who live in the area came over to visit and got to meet their great granddaughter. The house is very spacious and we didn’t feel crowded at all. The kitchen is a fully functioning kitchen with everything you need for using it. The laundry room was nice as we needed to use it. The bedrooms and beds were all nice and comfortable. There are many features like the keyboard, drums, karaoke, telescope, and gaming systems/virtual reality that are offered that we didn’t use but it’s nice to have. We appreciated that a playpen and stroller was available. There’s a crib and high chair too. And games and toys too. The pool area was fantastic with a view of the lake. It was spacious with plenty of outdoor lounge chairs and a covered seating area with outdoor dining set too. A grill is also available. The pool is a nice size with a swim machine. We had some issues with the pool that got quickly resolved with the host. I appreciated very much his promptness on dealing and fixing the issue. He’s very prompt if you need anything or have questions. The neighborhood is a gated community and very peaceful and friendly. The community pool and play area was in walking distance and it was very nice. Loved our stay.

This house has everything as described. The kitchen has anything you would need, there are lots of beach towels and toys and chairs, and the owners were very communicative and responsive. I would stay there again.

Five Star and then some - FABULOUS

Our experience at this property was fabulous from start to finish. The owner is extremely responsive to all questions. The house is one of the most comfortable I have ever rented. We stayed for 3 weeks. Kitchen well stocked with glasses, dishes, flatware, high end appliances so we were able to eat a few meals in. lots of seating throughout the house meant our family could spread out and relax. Pool has sun almost all day and very comfortable chaise lounges. It truly was our own mini resort. Top quality! Book this if it is available!

Ladies Trip

This home was perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed the screened in lanai with pool and the view of the pond. We felt safe with the home being in a gated, quiet community. The beach and downtown Naples were only 10-15 minutes away and the grocery store was very close also. This home would be great for families with teens/preteens as they had gaming consoles, drum and keyboard, karaoke, dvd player, etc. This home had everything you need and would definitely stay here again!

We spent 4 weeks in April in this great home in the beautiful Briarwood neighborhood. We have rented other homes in Briarwood in the past and were very happy to have found this reasonably priced home with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, pet friendly, and a wonderful view of the lake from the lanai. We had family visit and there was plenty of room for all to coexist comfortably. Lots of nice dishes, glassware and silverware, pots and pans, and everything you'd need for cooking. The outdoor furniture is very comfortable and there are lots of beach and bath towels provided. Although we didn't use the electronic equipment in the home, it was great to have available for those families who would enjoy it. Our visitors were happy with the various streaming options provided on the TVs in each room. Our favorite spot was the lanai where we spent time every day with a beautiful view of the lake. We loved that it was extremely quiet and very private. The solar heat for the pool was perfect for us in April, and we had a stretch of awesome weather, so we really enjoyed spending time there. Any questions/concerns we had about the home were immediately answered by the owner, which is so appreciated. We had a great stay and didn't want to leave!
