  • This is building three, 3001, tenth floor.

    The pools are open and heated! The tennis, pickleball, bocce, and shuffleboard courts may not be open for a while. The unit is great! The beach is great! It is about a five minute walk across the street to the beach. We have everything in the unit for you to enjoy an awesome beach vacation!

    A lot of time and energy goes into planning the perfect vacation. You’ve chosen a vacation in paradise by coming to Bonita Springs, Florida, which Health Magazine rated the seventh healthiest beach in the United States in 2009. Select the perfect accommodations for your trip by staying at the Beach and Tennis Club, unit #3001.

    This gorgeous tenth floor condo has been remodeled. From the moment you enter, you’ll feel the richness and warmth of the owners’ style and taste for quality furnishings and the details they have provided. We have beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and a beach wagon to haul it all across the street. Also included are two bikes so you can get around town and see the sights. Whether you stay for a few days, a week, or a month, you’re sure to find peace and tranquility here.

Our week in Bonita Springs Condo

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay in this lovely 10th floor studio condo. Although there was construction being done on the lower level of the complex to recover from hurricane damage, it did not negatively impact our stay.

Beach lovers

The pools were not open but the owner was very upfront with us prior to our arrival. The location is right across the street from the beach and just a short walk away! We would highly recommend staying at Bonita Beach and tennis club. No tennis courts but one pickleball court is open and available.

Great location

Just what we needed. Great location, could walk to a couple restaurants and the beach if you want. Close to family we were visiting. Loved being on the top floor. Grounds are still recovering from hurricane damage, but we knew that ahead of time and it didn’t bother us. Condo itself was in great shape. Wonderful views. Dave was super helpful. Would stay there again.

Perfect Location, clean and comfortable!

This is the second time I have rented this condominium and I will be returning for a third visit without a doubt! The owners are helpful and responsive. The bikes were a huge plus too!

Loved our stay, condo was clean, comfortable and just a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Pools were warm, people friendly. Great communication with Dave and check in was a breeze, he sent everything we needed to know prior to arriving. Looking forward to our return, we love the area!

Living it up in the "Penthouse"

Everyday was was just like the day before..well appointed 10th floor unit..one could see the beautiful vistas for miles. Everything one needed for great days at the pool and beach..Comfy bed, clean and bright unit.. can't wait to put this unit under contract again..Owner made sure our stay was top notch..Thanks Dave..

Perfect location

Our vacations in Bonita Springs are for relaxing on the beach, reading books, and drinking cocktails. This condo is located in walking distance to Doc's beach bar, where we relax on their beach recliners under their umbrellas, watch parasailing and jet skiers, then walk the other direction to Coconut Jacks, for happy hour sitting outside on the deck. If you prefer, you can use the condo's pool and tennis courts. It is also a great neighborhood to take morning walks.
