"LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! I stayed with my 15 yo daughter for a 5 night girls trip over April break and we loved the proximity to beach and third street. The pool was great too and plenty of privacy. The condo is a really nice, quiet condo setup and well cared for. Parking and access to the unit is so easy. One thing to know is that the smaller bedroom has a door that opens to the outside. I didn't feel great about my daughter being in this room so she got the much nicer primary suite since...
