We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, well-kept unit. Good location for Napili Beach, with cool tide pools on the way. Our kids had a great time sleeping on the “magic” sofa bed. The host cares about making it a great stay.

Wonderful location and beautiful property! Loved every minute of the stay!!! Gorgeous sunsets, fun in the water, clean and private pools, beautiful foliage and flowers all around. Very peaceful! The only problem we encountered was getting a couple things fixed while at the property even after telling the on site manager about them. A very squeaky toilet (had to turn off water between flushes) and a broken microwave. Otherwise perfect!

Great Location- clean!

We stayed here with our teenage daughter. Great location with the beach right there. The grounds are very well maintained. The condo was also well maintained. Would go back.

Mom and daughter week in paradise

We came to Maui for a large family gathering, It was just my daughter and I in the unit. It was comfy, safe and clean. We had an amazing time and look forward to coming back!

Good location, noisy neighbors

The location is great, but the unit is old with thin walls, you can hear your neighbors talk and yell at each other. The place can use some maintenance, the dishwasher is tricky to use, shower and walls need repair. The W/D are in a common area and not free. On the positive side, it’s less than 5 min to the beach.

Great location

We've stayed at Napili Shores before and really like the location--close to snorkeling, nice grounds, etc. This condo was nice, although the bed frame makes a LOT of noise when you move (like turn over) and the mattress and pillows could be replaced. The appliances could use replacing (dishwasher, fridge) and one of the ice trays leaked all over the freezer. Otherwise, it was clean and had what we needed for our stay, although it's close to the pool and bbqs, so if you want quiet in the morning, you'll want a different condo.

Overall, we were happy with our stay. A quick note the trash had not been taken out and was completely full and smelly. We had to deal with that. But your accommodations were nice. We had a great time lounging about And exploring the island.

Great place to stay!

Overall, a great property. Great location, ample parking, lots of families around which feels very safe. The Napili bay nearby is stunning, especially at sunset. Host provides additional items like Eski, beach chairs etc which is great.

Napoli Shores

The condo was very clean and updated. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed using the barbecue on the property and having dinner on the balcony. Parking was very easy and we took advantage of walking to a great snorkeling spot at Turtle Bay, and also walking to the beach. The management company responded quickly when we had a question. There is convenient shopping close by, and some good restaurants too. We had a great dinner at Merrimens. We would stay here again.

Comfortable stay in a great location!

We were so happy with these accommodations for our family of 4. The bed was very comfortable but makes a huge squeaking noise on one side. The fold out couch worked well for our kids. There were beach chairs and a beach umbrella to use. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cutlery. Unfortunately the weather was stormy while we were there (March) but still beautiful. The resort grounds are gorgeous and well-maintained, make sure to check out the pond, pools, shuffleboard, and gardens.

Wonderful unit in a fantastic location!

This was the perfect spot for our little family. West Maui is so special to us and I wanted to go back to the community when it seemed ready. This was a great location adjacent to many local businesses and restaurants to support and we got the opportunity to volunteer at a food distribution center right down the road. The unit is a 1 min walk from the beach and located next to the BBQ grills and back pool/hot tub area. Early every morning the grills and pool were cleaned. The grounds are very well kept! We made a point to sit down at the Gazebo restaurant one morning just because it was so convenient! The place was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The unit had small cockroaches which were not unexpected on the island but something we were mindful of when storing food (we cooked a lot also and the kitchen is well equipped). There were traps set up so I'm glad to see the management company attempting to abate the issue.

10 days in Paradise

I've been going to Maui before roads and parking lots were paved to Makena but first time in Napili. Although the brief glimpses of Lahaina town was devastating and it was sorely missed the Napili Shores was a good choice. Grounds: extremely well kept, BBQ's cleaned every day, and quiet time is actually quiet. Beach: short walk to sandy beach, rocky beach very close and well loved by a much younger group that me. Perfect site for whale sighting, albeit, quite a ways out but I didn't get motion sick watching. Condo: Lacked for very little. King bed super comfy and well, the sofa bed is a sofa bed. Everything worked, (great blender), furniture comfy and a rainy day in felt like home. Note to those that like to cook, there were no staples, spices, oils (bugs?) No big deal for us but you might consider packing or purchasing some in your first grocery shop. The Safeway and Canary Mall shops are open. Napili Market is close and provides great choices in their deli dept and poke cases. The fish market has really good, fresh fish but go early as they sell out. Truly one of the best stays I've had. I hope you feel the same.

Perfect Family Trip

We LOVED our stay at this Napili Bay property! My family of 4 were very comfortable. Plenty of space. The condo has a great lay out, nice furnishings, full kitchen with everything we needed and even had beach supplies (chairs,umbrella,cooler). The kind sized bed is VERY comfortable and with the AC in the room we slept great! The condo is right by the upper pool which was great with the kids. There is a second pool right out by the ocean but it is definitely cooler and can get windier so we stuck with the pool by the room. Laundry facilities were great (they take Credit cards/Apple Pay so no looking for change!). We didn’t try the upper restaurant but we did try The Gazebo which was great for breakfast. You have to get there early though. There is also a pathway that leads to the walkway down to Napili which is one of our favorite beaches in Maui. Overall this was a wonderful rental and we will definitely return! We love Maui!
