My wife and I recently completed our stay at Napili Shores (VRBO #1194888) for 2 weeks. Having previously stayed at nearby properties like Napili Point, I wanted to provide feedback on our experience. There were several aspects of the resort that we enjoyed: - Location: The proximity to Napili Bay is excellent, and the sunset views from one of the pools were great. - Amenities: We appreciated that the unit was stocked with essentials like salt, pepper, and coffee filters. - Dining: Having the Gazebo restaurant on-site is a benefit, despite the long lines. The resort is also conveniently located near Napili Market and restaurants like Joey’s Kitchen and A'a Roots. Napili Coffee store is also in that shopping center and their coffee is great and they have some yummy baked goods too :D However, we encountered significant issues regarding noise that impacted our stay: - Structural Noise: We experienced constant and unpredictable creaking from the ceiling boards both above and below us. Even using a sound machine did not help. - Lack of Privacy: The walls are very thin; we could clearly hear normal-level conversations from neighbors on both sides. for a couple nights we had 2 kids fighting for a couple hours. Due to these noise issues, which seem to be a structural characteristic of the property and not necessarily this exact unit, we do not intend to stay at Napili Shores again.
