We had a great stay at Napili Point. Location was great, easy access to a fun little bay to snorkel in and a short couple minute scramble across the rocks to get to Napili bay, which was fun with kids. We loved the unobstructed ocean views from the lanai and the kids had fun playing on the lawn. All in all a great value compared to some of the more expensive options, the kitchen had everything we needed, the sofa bed worked well for our two young daughters. I’d definitely stay here again!

Check in process was easy, registration desk was very friendly. The host was very responsive to my questions. The grounds are well maintained and the pool was nice. The grills on the property were well maintained. Beautiful ocean views, we had surfers right outside our condo on many afternoons. Sunsets were spectacular. We saw whales off in the distance a couple of times. Beaches within walking distance, or a short drive. The Napili shopping plaza is minutes away and has a good market and good food options.

This unit was clean and supplied with all we needed for cooking and cleaning supplies. The ocean view is incredible. Maui Paradise Properties was very responsive to a couple issues we had during our stay!

Lovely

We enjoyed the lovely decor and comfy bed. The views of Lanai, double rainbows, and whale mamas with babies were wonderful! The location is just around the corner from Nāpili Beach and a one minute drive (unless you want to walk) to Kapalua Beach.

Unable to Stay

We booked this property as a recommendation from friends who stay there multiple times per year. A little over a month before our trip, we were informed that our 8-month-old daughter would need surgery and would be in a half-body cast that required constant attention. Not able to find childcare that could accommodate them, we looked into just bringing her with us. Due to the cast she was in, the FAA did not allow her to fly. We requested that, due to the circumstances, they allow us to just move our dates to any time when she was out of the cast. We didn't want a refund, and we offered to pay fare differences. They completely refused, offering only to cancel our stay with no refund. After begging them, they allowed us to be refunded for the nights that someone else rebooked if we canceled. Ultimately, someone ended up booking a few nights, and we received a partial refund. However, we won't be rebooking with this property, and our friends are also not rebooking with the property.

Great location

The location was wonderful for our nine day stay. Although the unit was very basic, it met our needs. Exterior and interior doors could use updating. The slider to the lanai takes some serious strength to open. Additionally, the cleanliness at check in could use some attention. Especially the lamps in the bedroom. Dusty! It’s a lovely unit, but with a little attention, it could be exceptional.

Great stay

We love Nāpili point and have never stayed oven front. It was very nice. The units was so thoughtfully designed. It had everything you needed. Only issue was Wi-Fi, we ended up just using our hotspot. But might be an issue if you don’t have one. Other than that, I would definitely go back again.

Awesome, spacious condo!! Highly recommend bruh!

Aloha! We stayed here for 7 nights in July 2024. Awesome experience! Layout was spacious and excellent for our small family. The teenager slept on pullout couch and we had private king bedroom all to ourselves. Walking distance to several lovely restaurants and *great* massage next door at Twin Palms Massage. Loved the 50 steps to the left for great snorkeling in the cove, and 60 steps to the right to Napili Bay for great beach time. View was stunning. Kitchen was loaded with everything you need, and prop managers were nice. This is the second time we've stayed at this resort but this condo was by far the BEST. Pool is 10 steps away. We walked to the "Slack Key Show" with authentic Hawaiian performers at Napili Kai resort too. Tix are only $40. Napili Market has all the groceries you need and twilight golf is a deal down the road in Kaanapali. Book this place!! Mahalo nui for an epic stay.

Location!

This location was amazing! Watching the ocean morning at night was beautiful. Very short walk to a beautiful beach, an even shorter walk to snorkel with turtles in the bay! My favorite part! I recommend!

Beautiful views

It was a lovely location, the condo was nice. Great restaurants and beaches super close, great whale and turtle watching, the cliff is steep for the turtle cove we could not access that beach but the one on the other side is obtainable. The public beach is very close by. Over all a 9 out 10.

As advertised

We stayed here for 11 days in May 2023. Everything was as advertised! The washer and dryer worked well, the bed was very comfy, unit was clean, and plenty of dishware. TV, cable, & internet worked great. We had one small issue with the dryer (probably our fault) that was resolved quickly and politely. I appreciate the location because the backyard is at a dead end meaning there is not a lot of walking traffic to contend with. I'm not the type that usually leaves reviews (good or bad) but felt these guys really deserved a pat on the back.

Condo has very mildewy smell but great view

View from condo was lovely. First impression on opening the door was the very mildewy smell. Also, it looked like the condo had not had a deep cleaning for a long time. Floor throughout was not very clean. Cleaning people came back and gave the floor another quick clean and did something to try and get rid of the smell but it remained for the duration of the stay, even with keeping the windows/doors open all day. Shower is in need of remodeling.

Maui Bliss

We love this resort for its location and how peaceful it is. Our unit was perfectly equipped for our relaxing vacation. We sipped coffee and tea, and ate breakfast and lunch watching and enjoying the whales and dolphins play right out in front of us every day. The breezes and warm sun induced many naps. Sunsets were spectacular and there’s nothing more heavenly than falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing right below us. To top it all off, Napili beach is out favorite beach in all of Maui and only 3 min walk away. We will always come back to Napili Ocean Point Resort and hopefully this same unit again.

Wonderful view

This spot has a great ocean view and you get used to the sound of the crashing waves. The lawn outside the lanai was a big plus for our 5 year old to run around on without invading too much on the neighbors. Wonderful sunset view. Comfortable condo layout with all the basics to cook and relax.

Napili Point No Ka Oi

We've stayed at Napili Point multiple times but the last was more than 24 years ago. Place really hasn't changed much. Still the best location, best views, best snorkeling close by. B5 is a superb unit right on the point, well equipped for cooking in and going out (beach chairs/cooler/umbrella/etc.). Napili Market right down the street has everything you'll need, and that's right next to Boss Frog's snorkel place. Honolua/Mokuleia Bays are a short drive NE with superb snorkeling. Honokeana Cove is right in front of the resort, also with great snorkeling and many Honu (sea turtles) in residence. Honestly, you could not ask for a better vacation spot than Napili Point.

Out of this world views!

Amazing views and all the amenities! Perfect for our family of 4. Couldn't get enough of the view on the lanai…doesn’t get any better! Turtle Bay just a few feet away with great snorkeling and mass amounts of turtles. Only drawback….ceiling is really thin. Could hear everything from the people above us with footsteps, etc.

Best location

This condo is right on the water. The view is unbeatable. We enjoyed watching the sunset each night. Access to snorkeling Honokeana cove 🐢🐢 is literally in the complex. The unit is updated with a very clean kitchen and has everything needed to cook. Our family of 4 slept comfortably. The smart tv was nice so we could use streaming. We enjoyed the beach toys provided and left behind from other renters. This condo complex is very friendly. I like how it is not gated or locked up like some others. The complex is very well cared for with people doing yardwork and tending to the pool and bbqs constantly. We will definitely stay in this unit again.

Amazing location well appointed unit

We really enjoyed out recent stay at this property. The location is prime, and the Napili Bay Area has amazing snorkelling. It's also a really laid back vibe, perfect if you want to relax. Some great restaurants within walking distance (as is a really nice beach). Overall excellent!

You'll have a Wonderful Time!

What a fantastic place this is - location, cleanliness, the most comfortable bed and linens, and of course, the view. You won't even want to go out for a meal, as the view from the patio area is phenomenal. We had some great sunsets! Some great eateries close by to go and get food and bring back. We saw several pods of dolphins go by and even a couple of whales out frolicking earlier than usual. You can walk to Napili Bay for some swimming or snorkeling, or just to watch the turtles! Close to Kapalua and not that far to Lahaina and Kaanapali. Book it Danno, you won't be disappointed!!!

My husband and I stayed here for 9 nights for our honeymoon. The views are amazing and great place to watch the sunsets. It is a short walk to the beach and not a bad drive to Lahaina.
