The Space:

Morning light crosses the California king and lands on the glass bistro table where you'll plan the day's winery route over coffee. This second-floor Silverado Resort studio is built for two — a turnkey wine-country base with an EV charger on site, the community pool steps away, and the Silverado Trail's tasting rooms beginning just outside the resort gates.



The room circles a California king in crisp linens against a dark wood headboard. A modern armchair by the window creates a reading nook, and the 42-inch flat-screen takes over evening rituals. The glass bistro table for two doubles as the dining spot. The kitchenette runs along one wall with a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker — light meals between winery visits — and the dressing area finishes the layout with Hollywood-style lighting.



THE SILVERADO TRAIL

The Silverado Trail begins just outside the resort gates, the scenic route locals prefer for its intimate wineries and lighter traffic. Poe Wines is 0.2 miles down the road, Pahlmeyer 0.5, and Del Dotto's historic barrel-tasting caves are 0.7 miles away. The on-site Silverado Market & Bakery (0.1 mi) covers coffee and pastries; The Grill is equally close for a meal without leaving the resort. This privately owned studio sits within the Silverado Resort community but is managed by Casago — no daily resort charge. The Silverado golf courses are not available to condo guests; excellent courses open to the public, such as Chardonnay and Eagle Vines, are a short drive away. The spa and fitness center are open to our guests for a fee — check with the resort for current details. Coin-operated laundry is shared near the community pool.

Settle into a turnkey condo, then step out to the Silverado Resort grounds — on-site restaurants, the market, and shops are open to the public, and the community pool near your condo is included in your stay. The Silverado golf courses and main resort pool are not available to condo guests; the spa and fitness center are open to our guests for a fee — check with the resort for current details. The whole condo is yours, with an in-room fireplace in one bedroom and mountain views from the resort grounds. Punch in the keypad code at the door; one parking space comes with the unit.



The Neighborhood:

You're perfectly positioned on the famous Silverado Trail, the scenic route locals prefer for exploring Napa Valley's 400+ wineries. The Silverado Market & Bakery is just 0.1 miles away for morning coffee and pastries. When hunger strikes, The Grill restaurant is also 0.1 miles from your door, with the upscale Mansion Bar & Terrace right on property. For provisions, Monticello Deli & Market is 0.9 miles away, while a full Nob Hill Foods grocery store is 2.1 miles down the trail. Wine tasting opportunities abound with Poe Wines just 0.2 miles away, Pahlmeyer Winery at 0.5 miles, and the popular Del Dotto Historic Winery & Caves 0.7 miles from your studio. The Napa Valley Tasting Barn (0.7 miles) offers tastings from multiple producers under one roof. Downtown Napa's 55 walkable tasting rooms and the famous Oxbow Public Market are about 10 minutes by car.



Getting Around:

Napa is about an hour from San Francisco — a scenic drive across the East Bay and up into wine country. You'll have two parking spaces at the property. A car makes the valley easy to explore — tasting rooms, restaurants, and vineyards are spread from Carneros up to Calistoga. For tasting days, plan a designated driver or book a rideshare ahead — it makes the whole day easier.



Other Things to Note:

• The studio stays naturally cool thanks to air conditioning, perfect for those warm Napa summer days.

• This privately-owned condo is within the Silverado Resort community but managed by Casago — no daily resort charge.

• On-site restaurants, market, and shops are open to all.

• The Silverado golf courses are not available to condo guests — excellent courses open to the public, such as Chardonnay and Eagle Vines, are a short drive away.

• The main resort pool is also not available. The community pool near your condo is open year-round and included in your stay. It is heated from Memorial Day through Labor Day and unheated the rest of the year.

• The Silverado spa and fitness center are open to our guests for a fee set by the resort; please check with Silverado directly for current rates and policies, as they can change.

• Since this is a second-floor unit accessed by stairs, you'll enjoy the benefit of fewer neighbors overhead than ground-floor units for a peaceful night's sleep.

• The community pool near your rental is available for your enjoyment - perfect for cooling off after a day of wine tasting.

• Housekeeping services can be arranged through Casago if needed during your stay.

• The primary renter must be 25 or older.
