Beautiful secret hideaway

A lovely private get away if you need to unwind and relax this is the place , cosy and warm , bed comfy and outdoor space amazing with hotub and garden area . My only compliant is lack of storage for own food but guess it is a sherpards hut , we will return it's just what we needed after a busy Christmas

Lovely relaxing stay

Booked for 4 nights over Christmas. Couldn't have picked a more suitable stay. Hut was spotless with everything you need and some...hot tub perfect and the bed was so comfy. If you want to get away from the stresses of life..would defo recommend. Thank you.

What a place!

What a place to stay. Beautiful setting, so peaceful. We had a lovely relaxing bank holiday break. The place is spotless and has so many extras that the owners have thought about. We loved the shepherds hut with the bonus of a hot tub. We went for plenty of walks along the canal. Went to the Dusty Miller pub for a drink as recommended by Chris which was lovely (about a 4km walk along the canal) Nantwich is only a 10 minute drive away. Gas BBQ provided and a fire pit also provided so we had plenty of alfresco dining. Thanks a lot Chris & Sue for a lovely break. Regards Matt & Vicky

Brilliant!

Lovely area, beautiful shepherds hut, friendly hosts and pretty canal walks and local towns. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will definitely return in the future! Hot tub is a real bonus 😊

Absolute gem, a slice of heaven!

Chris and Sue were brilliant, before we even got there. Great information and we knew exactly what we needed and how to check in. On arrival, we met Chris, who was lovely and really informative and extremely helpful (sincerely so!). We got settled in and were amazed at how exactly as described this place is. It was immaculately clean and presented and we were both delighted. The place is actually better in real life! It is exactly what we needed and we were left to our own devices, truly secluded in our own rural bliss, soaking in the hot tub, eating all fresco all while watching the birds on the feeder (an absolute highlight of our stay), the hovering bird of prey that occasionally came around and listening to the distant sounds of the canal and nearby lock. Your a stones throw from the canal and it is wonderful to walk down (make sure you take walking shoes as it gets a bit muddy) and only 10 minutes drive from Nantwich, which is a lovely market town. Really couldn't fault this break. Absolutely idyllic and Chris and Sue have pretty much thought of everything. Beautiful!

Absolutely Stunning

This place is absolutely stunning, it exceeded our expectations... the cabin is superb, clean, and the owners have thought of everything!! So quiet so peaceful and the hot tub is an excellent bonus... the owners Sue and Chris are super friendly and are on call if needed. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect, cosy and romantic

Me and my partner had such a lovely stay. We honestly wanted to stay longer. Hosts were brilliant and were on hand if needed. We would love to stay in one of your other accommodations that you have for a slightly larger space. The shepherds hut had everything it needed with a private area, it was perfect.

Amazing!!

The hut was everything!! It was beautifully done, and all the little touches such as milk, butter, cereal etc were so lovely! Chris greeted us on arrival and made us feel so welcome! We really enjoyed our stay and will 100% be visiting again!

Perfect little place

Perfect location in a very quiet and surprisingly private corner of the owners own land. Perfect for a quiet couples getaway. The hut itself was finished to a very high standard and attention to detail. Very comfortable and warm. If I had to be picky the shower was a little average but not unusable. I would definitely recommend this property. The owners were very welcoming without the need for actual face to face communication (although this was offered on our terms).

chilled out bank holiday weekend

What an amazing shepherds hut and great host Chris and Sue are on every level ,from the communication from booking to arrival and the welcome and information on arrival it really was faultless. The extra touches take this accommodation to the next level from the provision of breakfast items ,Bath robes and towels for the hot tub and all the provisions for the fire pit (logs and fire lighters)Chris and Sue have missed no details . The standard of fittings and cleanliness was exceptional as is the secluded location totally private but with the added bonus a path to the nearby canal though a field for lovely walks . cannot fault anything with this property and location highly recommended for a totally chilled out break .

3 day get away - Superb!

Such an amazing place. The whole experience was great, Owners are very helpful and polite. The welcome hamper was an added bonus. Canalside walks are on your doorstep but you can still feel tucked away from the world if thats what you want. Lovely place, will visit again !
