It was plenty big enough, the bed was comfy, the water pressure was excellent, the shower tiles were beautiful, and it was tastefully decorated. The gentleman that checked us in was so helpful with recommendations for restaurants. He even called to make our reservation for us. I can’t remember his name but he said he was originally from NYC. The hotel is only a block from the ferry terminal, a half block to the whaling museum and 2...

When we got there with a baby and a 4 year old, the host said we can´t stay because kids were not allowed, she wasn´t even being nice and comprehensive, like if it was our fault. The expedia information said: kids welcome. She told us to cancel the booking, we agreed as long as she arrange a new place for us, at the end she didn´t so she said we can stay. We felt very uncomfortable the whole stay, like if we were doing something wrong. In general we...

"This is a lovely property in a nice neighborhood very close to downtown. Monica was very helpful and had our room ready a little early for us. The location allowed us to walk around downtown without worrying about parking. There was also a lovely breakfast available for the morning. Very nice place and we would stay here again!"
