"We had a terrible experience at this property. When we got there with a baby and a 4 year old, the host said we can´t stay because kids were not allowed, she wasn´t even being nice and comprehensive, like if it was our fault.The expedia information said: kids welcome. She told us to cancel the booking, we agreed as long as she arrange a new place for us, at the end she didn´t so she said we can stay. "Mi habitación en Chapman House con cama queen es una de las pequeñas del hotel (esto lo supe desde antes de reservar ya que decía ‘compact queen’) pero la decoración de la habitación y el baño la hacen sentirse más espaciosa gracias a los tonos aqua y blanco. Cama muy cómoda, todo en perfecto estado y recientemente renovado con tema náutico/marítimo en la habitación. Me encantó esto dentro de una casa histórica ya que no se sacrifica comodidad pero tampoco se pierde el ambiente histórico....
