Extremely well organized home and generous host - had everything we needed including kitchenware. Close to beach (not directly overlooking) and wonderful to have own private pool with heated hot tub section. Had a perfect stay.

Wonderful stay on Nantucket. Check-in and out was smooth. House was perfect and had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful and so was the beach. Couldn't recommend enough!

Our family just stayed at this property for two weeks and we have only excellent things to say about it. We have just booked it again for next summer. It is a beautiful property in a tranquil setting lovingly maintained by the owners, with everything in tip-top condition. The owners were very helpful and responded to our questions quickly, both before and during our stay. The whole house is well laid out. It has two lovely bedrooms with ensuites as well as two other lovely bedrooms that share a third bathroom. The upstairs living area is large with lovely views. There are a lot of indoor and outdoor seating areas, a powder room, a laundry area and a dining table that seats 8, as well as a kitchen table in the kitchen. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with lots of dishes, serving dishes, cooking pans, and appliances. The 'walk' on top of the house has fabulous views. The property is beautiful with lovely lawns and flowers. The pool is fantastic and has a secure fence leading into the pool area. With two small grandsons that was important to us. The pool has an area for swimming laps, but also has steps and shallow areas perfect for the kids. There are pool toys at the house that were enjoyed. The wifi at the house was terrific, even with multiple devices using it and the televisions had many channels to choose among. There is also a Sonos sound system throughout the house. If you book this property you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful, comfortable home. Great for families, couples or friends. Close to a beach, friendly neighborhood. This home was well organized with great kitchen appointments. Beautifully decorated. Pool and hot tub were super nice. I would recommend this host anytime!!! Thank you. You absolutely made our trip to Nantucket easy.

Nantucket’s Best Rental

If you’re looking for a Nantucket vacation rental that has checks in all the boxes, then this is the one!First and foremost, the host of this rental home deserves an A for the attention he gave to providing all the details we needed to know about the house and the island both before and during the trip. He was always accessible and very congenial. The house itself is spacious and roomy and lends itself to plenty of family together time, while also providing solitude and privacy when needed. The outdoor pool and hot tub area was likeyour own private country club and we had many enjoyable wiffleball and water balloon games on the beautifully manicured lawn. The garage was filled with all sorts of water sports, bikes and beach supplies. The home location was private but easy to navigate the island. The hostess truly doesn’t miss a trick—-abookcase full of nest sellers and classics, a toy box and armoire full of prizes and family games—and the amazing widows walk to see the stars at night and if you’re lucky enough as we were,to see a full rainbow as well as July 4th fireworks!The bedrooms amd bathrooms are lovely and very clean. The kitchen is spacious and has every appliance, cooking utensil, dishes and serving dishes you could possibly need.I challenge anyone to find a better rental in Nantucket for a family of 7-8 people.

Our home away from home

As in past years, our stay at 28 OTN was wonderful. This year we tested out the adjustable bed in the MBR. We liked it so much that we will be getting our one of our own. I would also like to thank Richard for making a special effort to take care of us both before, during and after the storm that came through

Amazing house and location!

Perfect house for our family. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Plentiful beach gear and toys. Short walk to beach and a fantastic pool / spa. Widows walk provided for amazing views, sunsets, and star gazing. Owner was very responsive to our questions - we very much hope to return to Forever N’ Nevers!

Paradise

We had a fantastic one week stay at the property this August. The home had absolutely everything you need, plus some! Richard knows what a home like this should be and more importantly how to treat his guests. It is a quick 5min walk to the beach and the hot tub/pool are amazing. Our favorite part was probably the widow's walk and spending time up there each night. One night one member of our group even slept up there it was so peaceful! I can't recommend the property enough to Richard and his team for being so helpful and flexible with everything. It was refreshing to deal with someone who understood the difficulty of travel and went out of his way to be accommodating. 5-stars!

The Perfect Nantucket Vacation Home!

Everything about this home is perfect! From the host to the pool to the amazing beach access, you couldn't possibly expect more from this home. It is comfortable and well-appointed without being fussy. The home is exceptionally well maintained with a full "handbook" of the home's features and area's amenities. As perfect as the inside of the home is, the outside porches, decks and pool areas make for wonderful outside living. Last but not least, viewing the ocean, sunset or sunrise from the widow's walk is a must!

Beautiful retreat on this special island

Our third year at 28 OTN and we savored every minute of it - especially when the weather was good. We used the house as a base to enjoy many special events and meals with family and friends. The house never fails to provide virtually anything you may have forgotten (including string to tie up a chicken and birthday candles). 28 OTN is well maintained and the hosts responsive and accommodating.

Excellent ACK location & Knock-out House

Owners have the knACK for creating a perfect vacation spot; gorgeous home, beautifully decorated. Plus their love for the island and their getaway home shows in every corner; attention to detail;) We felt special from the moment we arrived with a purse-ful of Nantucket goodies. Most comfortable beds and bedding (I’m picky). We checked out and played with an abundance of pool & beach toys. A well-organized dream kitchen with every utensil, gadget, pot/pan, dish, serving tray, decorative pieces, appliances, etc you could want. Private outdoor spaces to kick back or rinse off; this place is one you have to see to believe! Thanks for the use of your Jeep and opening your lovely home to us❣️

Fabulously Appointed Property from ACak

Lovely home filled with almost every amenity you could imagine. We were so impressed from the cleanliness, to the decor and layout, attentiveness of the owners and location. Perfect for our annual multi-generational getaway to ACK. Something for everyone from the 2.5 year old little guy to the beach goers and town explorers. Our new favorite summer get away. Just lovely!

Wow, what a great property, that really has all you could want! Owners are lovely and care about your stay. Amenities are a plenty! Located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach via a scenic stroll. Our toddler loved scooting back and forth to the beach every day! We even got lucky and spotted a seal who kept popping up to say hello! Pool with spa was great! Lovely neighbors. Quick 5 min drive to 'Sconset. We will be back!

Great Find

A great property with nice views of the water and the stars on clear nights. House is clean and doesn’t have a feeling like a rental. Our family enjoyed the deck and pool and all the fantastic things Nantucket has to view. Having the option to rent the jeep on site works great. We hope we can return sometime soon.

We had such a great stay! The house and yard were beautifully set up and the flowers were gorgeous! My boys caught bluefish and we cut some herbs from the pots on the deck to cook them with. We all enjoyed the pool and beautiful night sky- so many stars!

Forever n' Nevers is a dream!

I stayed at Richard and Alison's home for a week with my whole family and it was beyond perfect! The house is perfectly maintained and exactly as it is pictured--you feel right at home and are immediately comfortable! Richard is very easy to work with, friendly, and responsive. The backyard feels like your own little paradise with gorgeous flowers, a well-manicured lawn, and pristine pool. Want to go to the beach? It is an easy walk right down the street! The kitchen is well-stocked with spices, marinades, dishes, pots, pans, and any other cookware you could need to make a gourmet home cooked meal. The linens and sheets were comfy and clean, with plenty of extras when needed. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with nearby walking, running, and biking trails. The views from the widow's walk are beyond stunning--you can see the whole island and at night star gaze for hours. This home is amazing and as my mom often exclaimed "Richard and Alison have thought of everything! This home is perfect!" Already looking forward to going back again next summer!

Beautiful property in a quiet location

This is our second year staying at this property. The listing is exactly as described and the owners are lovely and easy to reach at all times. It's located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood close to the beach. Our kids loved the heated pool and were in most days. We will be back!

Amazing stay in Tom Nevers!

We had a fantastic week on island at this property! The house was spotless and impeccably maintained. The owners are incredibly responsive and obviously care deeply about both their house and their visitors experience. You can walk to the beach which is great, the pool is a major bonus, and you are a quick ride to both sconset and town for all the activities you could want. We highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Great house and location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the property. Richard and his wife opened up their home as though we lived there. We really appreciated the use of beach equipment, kitchen spices and other kitchen equipment, beach towels, bikes etc. The house was very clean and very comfortable. Even though we went to several beaches we really enjoyed the Tom Nevers Beach and it’s walkability. The use of the pool and spa were very appreciated and were so fun for the Grandchildren! The grounds are beautifully landscaped and add to the ambiance. Lots of outdoor seating and dining options. Thanks to our Host and Hostess!
