Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The home was stunning, beautifully designed, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect location for the Christmas Stroll, with an easy walk to town and even to Stop & Shop. We also loved how spacious the house was; it fit our group perfectly and never felt crowded.Rich was an amazing host: responsive, engaging, and truly thoughtful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again.

The house was fantastic. Not one complaint about anything. We walked nearly everywhere which is always a nice add to a vacation. Rich was available but not intrusive. We all hope to go back again!!! It was even better than advertised!

We had a great stay at this excellent home. The house was spacious, clean, and perfectly set up with bathrooms in each bedroom and a great outdoor area and great main floor layout. Location perfect for walking or biking into town and a few streets down from the grocery store and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Nantucket Property for a large group

The property was absolutely perfect! Located in walking distance to town, extremely clean and comfortable and luxurious. It is perfect for any larger group. Rich was a great host - he was super responsive and accomodating to us.

Excellent location and property

Host was very easy to work with! The location, near town, is very advantageous. We had several cars in our group and parking for them all would not have worked at most other places. Rooms are well laid out and everything worked very well. Shared spaces were perfect for gatherings. We were in Nantucket for a wedding, and our group included the bride and groom. All of us were comfortable and enjoyed the space.

Beautiful Home in Great Location

The location is within walking distance of groceries, restaurants such as Island Kitchen and The Sea Grille, and downtown shopping, ferry access and more restaurant options. The home is clean, spacious and well amenitized for working adults and playful children. Communication with the manager is exceptional.

Loved it here!

We had three families staying with three kids aging 2-7 and one infant and it was the perfect amount of space! It was walking distance to all the shops and local restaurants. It was so clean! The owner was very helpful and responsive and friendly.

This home is stunning, you can tell the thought and care that went into this home. The host Rich is fantastic - so communicative, helpful and kind. The location is awesome, walking distance to towns and beaches, and tons of bikes at the property for anything further away! Grocery store is only a minute away. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great ACK stay!

Stayed with a handful of couples and solo friends for a wedding weekend - everything was great and exactly what we needed! Great space and very clean - enough room in the house to hang / cook - great hot tub, etc. Very attentive process from the owner as well. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for a girls weekend in the Nantucket slow season. Our host, Rich, was incredibly responsive & made sure our stay was nothing short of spectacular. From helping ensure we made it on a ferry in inclement weather, to being flexible with check-in/check-out times - he made everything a breeze. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing ACK Stroll Stay

The property was amazing and exactly as described while being in a super convenient, walkable distance to all of the downtown shopping and restaurants. Our group of adults were all blown away by the property and we all had enough space that at no time did we feel cramped at all. Will definitely be looking at this property for future stays Rich was an incredible host and was easily accessible with any questions about the house in general. Check in and check out was a breeze!

A Slice of Heaven

A beautiful home to stay in during a wedding weekend in October. The hot tub / plunge pool was open, the bedrooms were spacious and the beach accessories were available for use. The beautiful kitchen and grill is perfect for cooking and hosting; the only caveat is make sure to pack your own supplies. We couldn't find much of salt / pepper / coffee filters / etc. Stop and Shop is walking distance and the center of town is an easy stroll in the other direction.

A Perfect Weekend!

I booked this house about a year in advance for a weekend with about 18 of my best girlfriends. I can not say enough good things about Rich and this property. Honestly, the pictures do not do this house justice. The natural light coming through the main floor is just idllyic. Rich was the best VRBO host I have ever worked with - offered help with any planning and checking in with me on a daily basis, being more than accomodating to any questions or requests our group had. Very responsive to texts, and would come by to assist with any house appliance questions we had. The house on its own is tucked away in a perfect part of town where we were able to walk downtown and to the Chicken Box at night! The comfort level of the beds and the sheets was highest quality - everyone kept saying it was the best sleeps they've had in a while (many are moms so this was heaven to them!). Each bedroom qas equipped with its own bathroom which was also ideal. The kitchen was so spacious and had everything we needed. The group is already talking about our return next year. Rich is the best!!!
