Immaculate & Updated 4BR - steps to Town and Beach.

  • Casa nueva y fresca en la ciudad con vistas al puerto. Cuenta con electrodomésticos de calidad, comodidades, aire acondicionado centralizado y calefacción. El "Spirit of '76" tiene una ubicación privilegiada: a pasos de los arroyos donde abundan los paseos en kayak y la observación de aves, a minutos de restaurantes y tiendas de la ciudad, y a solo un corto viaje en automóvil / bicicleta al aeropuerto y a las playas de surf que han sido mejor elegidas en el mundo.

    Primer piso:
    En el frente tiene un patio bien cuidado, 2 lugares de estacionamiento y coloridas cajas de ventanas adornadas con colores de temporada. A medida que ingresa a la casa, recibe un plano de planta abierto y amigable. A su derecha hay una sala de estar acogedora, privada y luminosa con puertas francesas. Pasas esta sala a una gran sala de estar perfecta para grandes reuniones donde puedes entretener y cocinar al mismo tiempo. Un bar con vinoteca complementa la mesa y el aparador para 7 personas. La cocina tiene una estufa y horno italiano Bertzionni de 5 quemadores, refrigerador Sub-Zero, lavavajillas Bosch, gabinetes de cerezo y encimeras de mármol blanco italiano. Cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora Fisher Paykel.

    Disfrute de las tardes en la terraza de caoba con un banco que cuenta con una mesa de comedor de teca y 6 sillas más una parrilla de gas. El patio y el jardín de piedra están rodeados de alféizar y cerca. La ducha privada al aire libre ofrece el acabado perfecto para un día de playa en ACK. Dos bicicletas disponibles para su uso bajo su propio riesgo.

    Segunda planta:
    Dormitorio principal con cama king, balcón con vistas al agua y televisión de pantalla grande. El baño principal tiene baño de hidroterapia, ducha separada con azulejos personalizados con chorros, lavabos dobles y molduras de cerezo personalizadas.

    Tres dormitorios adicionales: 1) cama queen con baño completo; 2) dos camas individuales con baño completo; 3) cama individual doble.

    ¡Toda la casa es cómoda, limpia, actualizada y fresca!

A beautiful home just a short walk from downtown. Perfect for young families. We really appreciated having space to relax and unwind. The host was very accommodating and thoughtful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Labor Day weekend on Nantucket!

Great location for downtown & near the water. Awesome harbor views off the master suite balcony :) It was nice they have four bikes to ride around town. And Sayles Seafood restaurant right around the corner was delicious.

Perfect family getaway!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Spirit of 76. Amy is a kind and thoughtful host with a beautiful home that truly has everything you could ever need - a close walk to town, nearby beach that’s perfect for kids, a sweet little back patio with a large table for family dining - truly the perfect place for a family vacation. We had a blast!

Amazing Stay at Spirit of '76

Amy was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the booking process, check-in, and beyond. Her home is absolutely beautiful, and a wonderful place for a group. The location cannot be beat, as you can walk to town, the grocery store, and several restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. The living spaces are perfect and the kitchen is comfortable and well-equipped. The house is immaculate. It’s close to town so everything is walkable, but there’s some traffic noise that comes with being in .

Great ACK Location!

We had a lovely stay in this home; it is comfortably laid out regardless of your group size and an easy walk to town when you wish to do so. It is an ideal home base location when you get all over the island as we do and a very clean and comfortable home to spend your down time in. Great water pressure, comfortable beds and the best stocked kitchen we have experienced. Thank you for having us!

Amazing

Awesome location, amenities (we loved the bikes/beach towels/chairs). Kitchen and grill are a perfect touch. Would highly recommend! Amy was super communicative/prompt and kind. So close to town (short walk or bike ride), right near the restaurants/shopping and not far from the beach!

The Best Weekend Getaway

The six of us came to Nantucket as first time visitors and we can't wait to come back! Amy was great with communication and the house was perfect! We were within walking distance of everything we needed. All six of us enjoyed our weekend and had no complaints.

Spirit of ‘76

Terrific house, beautifully appointed in nautical/ Nantucket themes. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. All on suite baths which was wonderful. Bikes available and this made a huge difference as Nantucket is a very bikeable island. Also free Wave bus was a plus and stops are close to house.

We loved our stay at spirit of 76!

Everything was perfect for our family of 5 plus my parents for a couple nights. Plenty of space to spread out! The location was ideal to town and the rest of the island. Loved our water views from the master bedroom. Amy was terrific to correspond with. House had everything we needed for a memorable week! We can’t wait to return.

Perfect location and home!

We had the perfect stay at Amy’s property. The place was immmaculately clean and exactly described. It’s the perfect location—short walk to town and local transportation to other parts of town, near a cute little beach perfect for a picnic, and plenty of space to play games with friends or enjoy the salt air in the backyard. Can’t recommend enough! We will be back!
